Pikachu - The Electric Pokemon

THAT'S RIGHT I WENT THERE. Very Happy

Pikachu – The Electric Pokémon
Range 100 (melee) Move speed 320
Primary: Agility
Str – 17 + 1.9
Agl – 22 + 2.5
Int – 19 + 2.2
Damage: 45 - 47 HP: 473 MP: 247
HP regen: 0.5 Mana regen: 0.7
Attack Speed: 1. 50 Armour: 2.5
As Ash and Pikachu travelled the world searching for more friends to make and enemies to defeat, they wandered into the territory of the Scourge. Alas, they were found, and after a brutal battle, Ash perished under the Scourge’s blades. Driven almost mad with grief, Pikachu joined the Sentinel with only one thought in mind: revenge.

Discharge
Pikachu discharges all the electricity in his body, dealing damage to all units in the area. All enemy units have a 30% chance to have the Paralysed buff placed on them, which decreases movement speed and attack speed by 50% for 5 seconds.
Level 1: 150 damage, 500 AOE, 50 damage done to allies.
Level 2: 200 Damage, 550 AOE, 75 damage done to allies.
Level 3: 250 Damage, 600 AOE, 100 damage done to allies.
Level 4: 300 Damage, 650 AOE, 125 damage done to allies.
Manacost: 50/60/70/80
Cooldown: 30
Framework: Like Razor’s Plasma Field, but bigger projectiles, it doesn’t return, and it’s yellow.

Static
For every melee attack that Pikachu sustains, he has a percent chance to place the Paralysed buff on the enemy hitting him. This also passively increases the Paralysed buff duration, and increases the chance that Discharge, Thunderbolt and Volt Tackle will Paralyse.
Level 1: 10% chance to Paralyse, increases duration by 2 seconds, increases chance by 5%.
Level 2: 15% chance to Paralyse, increases duration by 3 seconds, increases chance by 10%.
Level 3: 20% chance to Paralyse, increases duration by 4 seconds, increases chance by 15%
Level 4: 25% chance to Paralyse, increases duration by 5 seconds, increases chance by 20%.
What the Paralyse buff looks like: Basically a yellow version of Purge.

Thunderbolt
Pikachu summons the electricity from within himself, blasting it at an enemy. The blast does a large amount of damage in a small AOE, and has a 10% chance to inflict the Paralysed buff. The release of electricity increases Pikachu’s movement speed and attack rate for 5 seconds.
Level 1: 200 damage in 100 AOE. 15% movement and attack speed increase.
Level 2: 250 damage in 150 AOE. 25% movement and attack speed increase.
Level 3: 300 damage in 200 AOE. 35% movement and attack speed increase.
Level 4: 400 damage in 250 AOE. 50% movement and attack speed increase.
Manacost: 120
Cooldown: 20
Framework: One yellow Zeus-like Lightning Bolt going up from Pikachu, and one going down at the target point.

Volt Tackle
Pikachu charges all the electricity he can hold, and calls it to himself in a deadly electric storm. The electricity gives him maximum movement speed, increases Pikachu’s damage and has a 15% chance to Paralyse all enemy units in 400 AOE every second. After the duration expires, Pikachu takes damage equal to a percentage of his current health. Lasts 15 seconds.
Level 1: 60 damage increase, 50% of health lost.
Level 2: 80 damage increase, 40% of health lost.
Level 3: 100 damage increase, 30% of health lost.
Manacost: 200
Cooldown: 120/100/80
Framework: Pikachu turns transparent, and has the same animation that Zeus has when he’s holding the Sceptre, only a lot bigger and yellow. He could also have images of himself after him to emphasise speed.

you know, I really like the whole concept and all (since pikachu is very cute), but too bad all the skills has IMBA effects and damages.
1st skill, too high damage, too big AOE, for such a low mana and cooldown. you should really decrease the AOE. the most IMBA part of all is the paralysed buff. it means your enemy is almost disabled for 5 second. and an additional 5 seconds with your 2nd skill means your enemy is a dead insect whenever they got the paralysed buff.
2nd skill, is the most IMBA part of the skills. it actually add twice longer than the normal duration which is 5 secs. and 25% chance is too high cause it will always happen whenever an enemy start attacking you and that's not cool.
3rd skill, 400 damage? for such a puny manacost and cooldown? nerf it. and reduce the movement speed and attack speed bonus because 50% is higher than butterfly itself.
ulti is more IMBA because it could paralyse everyone around you because it has a high chance of 35% every second so please reduce the whole thing. damage to yourself sounds fair.
that's all from me. nice try but not so good. keep the good ideas coming!

Alright then...
I wanted to make this hero as true to the Pokemon game as possible. In that, Discharge had a 30% chance to paralyse, which halved your opponents speed.

Say if I decreased the AOE of Discharge to 300/350/400/450, and decreased the damage to 50/100/150/200 and Paralyse duration to 2 seconds? And should I decrease the movement/attack speed reduction to maybe 30% instead?

In Pokemon, Static had a 30% chance to paralyse if a physical attack hit. If I decrease the percent to paralyse to 5/10/15/20, is that still too high? I'll increase the paralyse duration by 0.5 every level, so 2/2.5/3/3.5, is that ok?

Um, you're probably right about the Thunderbolt damage. *winces* I'll decrease that to 50/100/150/200, and decrease the movement and attack speed increase to 10/15/20/25.

Heh, I was taking liberties with Volt Tackle, in the game it's a huge damage attack that deals you 30% of the damage you dealt to your opponent, and it actually doesn't paralyse, but I wanted the synergy to be with all the spells, not just the first 3. I'll decrease the paralyse chance to 5%, and make it have a chance to paralyse every 3 seconds instead of 1.

Um, my changes. Still imba, or ok now?
