Item Description
The cursed weapon used by Death itself
hidden within the vaults of a cursed crypt.
Requirements

+50% damage increase
Soul Reaper(Passive)
Drops upon death
Soul Reaper: Hero's physical damage becomes pure.
Notes: This is for dps heroes, it makes their damage pure. Heroes like Riki, Sniper, Gondar, Clinks who are meant to be stealthy would benefit from this. Its the dark version of the divine rapier. It fits the graveyard theme too because its Death's item of choice. THe damage % increase is for total damage not just base or stats.

With this, noone would ever get Divine - cause this pays off much more than Divine.
And also, it is terrificly imba. Why? Because all physical damage dealt by the hero becomes pure, at all times - that is like having a desolator that removes all armor - and this isn't even an orb. Even though its cost is high, its still imba. I suggest making it an activated ability, that makes the physical damage you deal into pure for a short time.
And whats with the votinf option " I'm a noob and I don't like it." - Do you consider your item so briliant that people who don't like it are n00bs?

Haha...okay Gunslinger. No need to be so frigid. Although this item appears imba, it really isn't. The damage increase is 50%, so say if you had 200 damage you would only get 100 bonus damage. MKB gives you 100 bonus damage for a cheaper price and it doesn't drop. So the main thing is the pure damage, which is balanced by the fact that it drops upon death.
Now looking at the bigger picture:
How many league games do you see people getting divine? Not very many, because it is a selfish item. It really doesn't help the team much. Divine truly is meant for pubbies to have fun once in a while and so is this item. It's too big of a liability and too expensive. The money could be better invested in a way to help your team (buy wards, etc..). Although this item could be seen in leagues with sniper or sneaky hero's like such. Additionally it would make the game fun for whoever gets it, and for whoever kills him and takes it.
However I will consider what you have said and try to improve the item. Your feedback is appreciated.

I wasn't talking about league games. I was talking about pub gaming. I do not refer to league gaming when commenting on dream/hero items.
Anyway, you see Mortred getting this - each of her 1000+ criticals on a hero with high armor, now deals the real 1000 damage, not around 500 or 400 it usualy does do to the armor. The fact is, this would make lategame heroes practicly unstopable unless a team coordinated an attack on the carry.
The procentual damage is also a big thing. Because, you see, in such procentual damage, base damage and bonus damage from stats is included. Which could mean this item could give a heafty ammount of damage - maybe not as much as divine, but still, it could ammount to 150 or so, which is a lot.
It also gives attackspeed - not much, but still, it increases the DPS.
But as I said, the pure damage is the real thing that makes this imbalanced - if you get a divine, it doesn't matter that it gives more raw damage than this item. This item, abolishes all armor - practicly making each strike DOUBLE in power, since by the time you get this, most heroes will have an armor that decreases damage dealt to them by 50%. Its DPS increase is far supperior to Divine - an arguably any other ite in DotA.
If you do not trust my judgement, wait for others. I am sure they will be simmilar to mine.

Yeah, that's why i got rid of the attack speed and made it a bit more expensive. You have to remember tho that the item drops. So if you have a Mortred, or another late game hero, you only have to kill him once, and take or destroy the item. That is 7600 gold that could have been spent in getting any other item that wont drop, or reviving yourself for that matter.

um.. is the % damage affected from base damage and damage from stats only? (like most % damage bonus)

The idea is for it to be like the left hand while divine is the right. Thus it doesn't require a recipe. Also it's completed at Sargeras rather than base. It's really expensive too, if i did make a recipe for it it would be a really cheap one. The damage increase is a good point however. Since the item's that make it only give damage, and it drops upon death, I think it would be based on overall damage (including pure damage items such as battlefury). However I would need to see it in a game and if its to powerful perhaps make it base damage only or stats, but to answer the question, as of now, it is total damage.

i know where my vote is going.
it is still freaky OP no matter how you look at it, in the end a good leaguer will get this anyway, I mean you can easily push into their base with it.
load up on a couple of support heroes and you will never die.
a % damage bonus - yes,
bonus damage - yes,
chaos damage - no.
hell for the price +200 damage and 50% bonus to stat based damage would be acceptable IMO.
