care of what you say, they do

their stacks are diminishing, but if both procs occur at the same time, you get effects of the last one

lets say you buy vanguard, then PMS. the block chances increase, but the work differently. PMS % will override vanguard's in priority. this could only be shown clearly by graphical means. the same thing applies to ogre's multicast

but it is sufficient to say, you will get 60% chance to block 20 damage, since you get PMS after vanguard. 28% to block 40 damage, from vanguard. and if the occur at the same time, PMS's block will override vanguard.

i will provide a more accurate math

you get vanguard, then PMS

PMS % is 60%. it will become the prominent percentage over vanguard. Vanguard's effect will only be considered if PMS fails to block any damage.

100%-60%=40, where 40% is the reserve effects if PMS fails to function. from here, the 70% of vanguard will try to function from the 40% remaining derivative value.

(70%/100%)(40%)= 28 percent.

therefore, we can conclude, if you buy PM after vanguard, PMS will have a 60% chance to block 20, while vanguard has 28% chance to block 40. and normal damage will be dealt 12% of the time

therefore, PMS can be considered to "stack" with vanguard, giving you a total of 88% block chance, although the statistical block values differ.

so get vanguard after PMS if you wish to get both. PMS is cheaper anyway
