Mysticthread Poncho (July GC Entry)

Mysticthread Poncho

Story:
A hardy garment which has saved many a soul during hard fought battles.

Requirements:
- Chainmail (550g)
- Planeswalkers Cloak (650g)
- Mysticthread Poncho Recipe (900g)
Total = 2100g

Gives:
- +5 armor
- 20% Magic Resistance (Does not stack with Hood of Defiance or spell shield
- Exhaust Mana (Passive)

Exhaust Mana
Whenever a targeted spell is cast on the bearer by an enemy, the caster will be drained of 75% of the spells manacost. If the caster has no mana left after casting the spell, then they will receive damage equal to the full manacost of the spell and be stunned for 1.5 seconds.

Only triggers on every 3rd spell
Does not trigger on Ultimates
Does not trigger when spell is negated by Linkens

Man, literally last minute brainstorm there

Changelog

Too imba the no mana effect on an enemy, either you make the damage or you make the stun, besides poncho should have a cd cuz then any tanker can get this and initiate battle not fearing spells

Maybe 50% or 45%?

Yeah maybe the percentage could go down... but the chances of actually being targeted when they know you have this thing in your inventory...

And remember, its mana drain, not mana burn which means it doesn't deal damage. (not that anyone has made that mistake so far...)

I was considering a cooldown for it but what would be an appropriate one? 20 maybe.

well Its not too much mana drain. Cause most non utlimate spells have a manacost of around 100-200.

maybe make it like linkins? such that it has a cooldown for the manadrain. like every 5 spells will grant the mana drain, and not for every spell.

like the idea, just need some balancing.

@Fleuriem - targeted spells, my dear retard, are those spells that require you to target the enemy(for example: laguna blade, storm bolt, stifling dagger...) as opposed to spells that do not require you to target anyone or anything(hoof stomp, requiem, battery assault...) and spells that require you to target only the ground(split earth, carrion swarm, fissure, avalanche...)
