Enchanted Gem of True Sight

This gem of true sight was enchanted by the Archmages, gives the bearer true sight, chances to block damages, and bonus armor. Contains 5 charges of Enchanted Shield, each charge is removed once the bearer dies Cannot be dropped . Has 4 charges.
Gives:
+4 armor
+30% to block 45 damage
Active Toggled Enchanted Shield - 4 charges
True sight - 4 charges
Enchanted Shield - 100 mana
Description: Blocks all attacks , but will lose mana by twice the total damage that will be dealt to the user. Toggled skill
When the hero dies, it'll lose 1 charge.
Once there is no charge left, Enchantes Shield is permanently disabled until you refill it with 4 Recipe Scrolls.
Recipe:
Ring of Protection - 175g
Stout shield - 350g
Gem of True Sight - 750g
Recipe Scroll - 500g
Total cash needed - 1560g

Its not good as it will means death for all the hero with invi skill. Moreover it cant be dropped. Its just overpower. Maybe you should makes it have 3 charges. I mean it will drop after the bearer is killed 3 times.

I don't think an undroppable gem is a good idea regardless of expense... a charged gem might be good, I'd have to play with it to know for sure. As it is, I think it's imba.

i dont think its imba...coz the blocking thingy is costly and only the right kinds of heroes are capable of regaining the mana like that.LOL

Consider the obsidian destroyer with this item, a sheepstick, and a soul booster. Not only is this item death to rikimaru, the bounty hunter, and other characters that use invis, but the blocking skill imbalences mages. Consider how useful the blocking would be while running away.

crap, thought the whole item was just 500 gold, silly me, u got a point for it being good for run away but u really wouldnt use it in a battle if u dnt have a stun cuz mana lost each hit is double the amount of the dmg so if u were fighting against a str or agi cuz of a back stab (your int) in a couple secs u hav no mana for your nukes, and you wouldnt hav to worry about it being that much effective on str or agi heroes cuz they hav low mana pools to begin with and wont waste money to get int boosting items other that n point booster i think, so for agi and str it would only be good for escape, not as effective as a blink dagger, sheep or cyclone stick for those type heroes, i would mainly use this for int heroes and only for escaping or if there ar 2 or more invisi heroes in game, cuz of all the invisi heroes i know they deal a hell of a alot of dmg to int heroes in notime so you would be out of mana in no time, ummmmmm i edited somethin in this paragraph and i 4got what i was goin to add to it

Look, the blockage is only necessary against stealth heroes or players relying on Lothars Edge. Besides, once you activated the shield, you better be ready to lose some hell of a mana if you're facing any hero with lots of damage that will be dealt to ya.
Reccerosama is right about the mages, they need this item, but ONLY if they have 2 OR MORE Disappearing enemy heroes.

this counters every invis hero in the game since it dont drop but the icon would be good for that eye of sargeras thread so basically its a non dropping true sight w/ mana shield?

The icon is the Eye of Sargeras, heheh.
But don't even think of getting the icon, or that's one way of plagiarism.
Don't try to underestimate items with recipe. They all have a purpose: To be used.

Needs to confirm. when you say "cannot be dropped upon death" do you mean:
1."cannot be dropped upon death"
literal:does not drop when you die. but is droppable(removable from inventory)
2."drops upon death"
literal: drops when you die
3."cannot be dropped"
literal: you cannot remove this from your inventory
checking because if it doesn't drop, it's not very nice for the stealth units. Suggests charges as well, and undroppability(a bit of penalty if you waste charges, like an aegis). Pros are, it's harder to dispose of than normal true sight, opponents can't use them against you, and nerfed mana shield. Cons are that it eats a slot if you die a lot, plus not seeing any more after it runs out. Also put's a kill me sign above you for how many charges worth.

Hmm. why not make it droppable but leaks all mana when dropped.
and make it 6 charges like eul's but used for short duration like 3.5 sec.
remove the "charges will be remove when hero dies"
just an advice though. .
