Grefolle - The Corrupt Sage

I like to share my hero idea:
Grefolle - The Corrupt Sage
Range: 550 | Move Speed: 290
Primary: INT
Str: 20 + 1.95 | Agi: 18 + 1.90 | Int: 23 + 2.30
Damage: 43 - 45 | HP: 530 | Mana: 299
HP Regen: 0.85 | Mana Regen: 0.93
Attack Speed: 1.8 | Armor: 2
During a violent siege of Azeroth, a man in black robes led the campaign to annihilate all humans. His name was Grefolle. Before joining the Scourge, Grefolle was one of the students of the Arch Mage himself. He saw the potetial in him and immediately taught him everything he knew. From arcane magic to the elements, he mastered it. It was only a year ago was he seen again. No one knows why or how he joined the Scourge. But only one thing is certain, he has become one of the most powerful mage of his kind.


Corrupt Potion (C)
Grefolle hurls a potent potion which eats up the armor of the unsuspecting victim. Cast Range 600.
Level 1 - Decreases target's armor by 4. Last 11 seconds.
Level 2 - Decreases target's armor by 8. Last 11 seconds.
Level 3 - Decreases target's armor by 12. Last 11 seconds.
Level 4 - Decreases target's armor by 16. Last 11 seconds.
Mana Cost: 135
Cooldown: 25 seconds
Framework: Grefolle will throw a purple vile.Upon contact, the vile explodes into a purpe mist. An icon will indicate that hero is under Corrupt Potion.
Notes: A powerful debuff to any enemy hero.

Dark Requiem (N/A)
The Dark Requiem is the spell book Grefolle uses. It enhances his powers and also increase the morale of allies.
Level 1 - Grefolle will have increased int by 4 and 20% mana regen rate. All allies will have increased attack by 10%.
Level 2 - Grefolle will have increased int by 6 and 30% mana regen rate. All allies will have increased attack by 15%.
Level 3 - Grefolle will have increased int by 8 and 40% mana regen rate. All allies will have increased attack by 20%.
Level 4 - Grefolle will have increased int by 10 and 60% mana regen rate. All allies will have increased attack by 25%.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: The dark requiem icon on allies and Grefolle.

Dark Pulse (D)
Grefolle is a renowned sage who was also taught some healing magic. But instead of regenerating the life of allies, he found another use for his medical abilities. Cast range is 600.
Level 1 - Deals 100 damage and target will loose 100hp over 30 seconds. Target is stunned for .5 seconds
Level 2 - Deals 150 damage and target will loose 150hp over 30 seconds. Target is stunned for .75 seconds
Level 3 - Deals 200 damage and target will loose 200hp over 30 seconds. Target is stunned for 1 second
Level 4 - Deals 250 damage and target will loose 250hp over 30 seconds. Target is stunned for 1.5 seconds
Mana Cost: 130/160/180/210
Cooldown: 30
Framework: A knife will be thrown unto the target and a purple mist will surround it. Stun will take effect immediately. Icon will show it's under the effect of Dark Pulse.

Eye of Oracle (E)
He has also mastered the art of fortune telling and brings doom to whoever he had fortold the future. Casting time 3 seconds. Effect last 60 seconds.
Level 1 - Deals 300 initial damage to target hero. After spell has been cast, for the next 30 seconds different status will happen to cursed hero. Every 12 seconds, hero may be stunned, slowed, silenced, poisoned, or frost.
Level 2 - Deals 450 initial damage to target hero. After spell has been cast, for the next 45 seconds different status will happen to cursed hero. Every 10 seconds, hero may be stunned, slowed, silenced, poisoned, or frost.
Level 3 - Deals 600 initial damage to target hero. After spell has been cast, for the next 60 seconds different status will happen to cursed hero. Every 7 seconds, hero may be stunned, slowed, silenced, poisoned, or frost.
Aghanims Scepter: Deals 750 initial damage to target hero. After spell has been cast, for the next 60 seconds different status will happen to cursed hero. Every 5 seconds, hero may be stunned, slowed, silenced, poisoned, or frost. Chance of :2 seconds stun;25%/ 5 seconds slow;30%/ 3 seconds silenced;10%/ 10 seconds frost; 5%/ 5 seconds poison; 30%. Poison damage is 20/30/40/50 per second
Mana Cost: 200/300/400
Cooldown: 120/90/60
Framework: Purple lights will shimmer betweem the target and Grefolle. Icon will show hero is under the effect of Eye of Oracle.

Change log: Changed armor reduction(from 20 to 4/8/12/16) and mana cost(from 100 to 135) of Corrupt Potion.

Corrupt Potion = IMBA. See Amplify Damage. Remake needed. -20 armor when everyone are at level 1 is just plain IMBA.

Dark Requiem = Good enough. Area of effect?

Dark Pulse = Good enough

Eye of Oracle = Poweful, but it has cast time to balance it. Can it be dispelled?

i'm gonna work on Corrupt potion..... maybe 15 armor reduction enough.... let's say ..... last for 9/11/13/15 seconds? balance enough?????

4/8/12/16 reduction per level that lasts 11 seconds at all levels.
Manacost = 135 mana at all levels
Cooldown = 25 secs at all levels

I like it, but hte Corrupt potion is indeed imba...
I would avoid this hero if ever i saw it just because of that...

agree with all previous posters except for another thing...
30 secs for your 3rd skill is too long! thats even longer than doom... (yes i know doom is totally different but just wanna point out something )
ulti is unique...love it!
