Primary: Int
Str: 21 + 2.0 | Agi: 18 + 1.2 | Int: 27 + 2.4
Damage: 32 - 48 | HP: 549 | Mana: 351
HP Regen: 0.8 | Mana Regen: 0.82
Attack Speed: 1.00 | Armor: 2

In an attempt to help save his Frozen Throne, the Lich King sent off to find the most versatile allies, during his search he felt a dark force of energy behind a block of ice which was apparently there since the iron age. He named the beast Blackfrost and raised him like a son. Able to bombard opponents with ice, Blackfrost is most formidable in his fit of rage.

Icefall
Blackfrost violently throws shards of ice, dealing damage in an area and slowing the enemy.

Level 1 - 260 AoE, 4 shards of ice dealing 20 damage and slowing the enemies' movement and attack speeds by 5% for 4 seconds.

Level 2 - 300 AoE, 6 shards of ice dealing 20 damage and slowing the enemies' movement and attack speeds by 10% for 4 seconds.

Level 3 - 340 AoE, 8 shards of ice dealing 20 damage and slowing the enemies' movement and attack speeds by 15% for 4 seconds.

Level 4 - 380 AoE, 10 shards of ice dealing 20 damage and slowing the enemies' movement and attack speeds by 20% for 4 seconds.

4/6/8/10 second cooldown.
65/90/115/140 manacost.



Coldhearted
Blackfrost is at home with the cold, and the presence of anything cold around him increases his speeds.

Level 1 - Passively increases his movement and attack speeds by 9% when he feels the presence of cold in a 400 AoE.

Level 2 - Passively increases his movement and attack speeds by 13% when he feels the presence of cold in a 500 AoE.

Level 3 - Passively increases his movement and attack speeds by 17% when he feels the presence of cold in a 600 AoE.

Level 4 - Passively increases his movement and attack speeds by 21% when he feels the presence of cold in a 700 AoE.

Icy feel
His presence gives bonus armor in an area around him.

Level 1 - 2 bonus armor in a 300 AoE

Level 2 - 3 bonus armor in a 450 AoE

Level 3 - 4 bonus armor in a 600 AoE

Level 4 - 5 bonus armor in a 850 AoE

DOES NOT STACK WITH DEVOTION AURA (RoB=useless)



Frosty Rage
Blackfrost goes into a horrific fit of rage,his attacks more deadly,moves and attacks a lot faster, but is more vulnerable to attacks.

Level 1 - +20 damage, 20% increased movement speed, 10% increased attack speed, gets 10% more damage. Lasts 30 seconds.

Level 2 - +30 damage, 30% increased movement speed, 20% increased attack speed, gets 20% more damage. Lasts 30 seconds.

Level 3 - +40 damage, 40% increased movement speed, 30% increased attack speed, gets 30% more damage. Lasts 30 seconds.

240/200/160 second cooldown.
100/150/200 manacost.


Synergy (alone):

Icefall+Coldhearted+Frosty Rage
Imagine your opponent losing 20% attack AND movement speed for 4 seconds, and you gaining 40% movement speed AND 30% attack speed, WITH +40 damage! Perfect for chasing down some heroes. And with the addition of Coldhearted, you get another 21% to BOTH movement and attack speeds during the 4 seconds the opponent has been slowed down by the cold!

SOO, despite his low MS in the beginning of the game. He gains quite a lot more MS in the later part from his skills.

Synergy (allies):
Perfect allies would be Lich and Crystal maiden, for obvious reasons. While Crystal maiden imprisons the opponent in a case of ice then casts Frost Nova, you can use icefall to lower down the speeds even more!




Eye of skadi for obvious reasons is probably the best item to pick for this guy.



Any thoughts and should I change some things? I'm not so sure about balancing. Help me out.

MS = Too slow
Stat Gains = Too low.
ASPD = Too fast. However, looking at the STAT gains, you might want to leave it as is IF you don't change the gains.

Icefall = Too weak. Increase slows to 5%/10%/15%/20%

Coldhearted = Presence of cold? Do you mean frost effects/spells in the area? Lasts how many seconds after the frost wears off?

Icy Feel = Ouch. Too powerful. See Toughness aura for comparison.

Frosty Rage = Underpowered. VERY underpowered. Suggest making a new skill.

Hmmm... this is a bit imbalanced. Imbalanced based on it's original meaning, as in, not balanced. Some attacks are too underpowered, some may be a bit over powered... Hmmm...

Black Frost... did u get that idea from the Shin Megami Tensei game by any chance? ;o

lol but yah, the ice feel aura is a bit much. Actually why not make him the ultimate resistance hero, with like one or 2 attack moves at max, cause in the shin megaten game he was the ultimate ally to face off against Lucifer in the end mainly cause of all his passive resistances...
