Ta'ahl La'kresyah - The Enlightened
Range: 300 | Move Speed: 290
Primary: STR
Str: 25 + 2.6 | Agi: 15 + 1.6 | Int: 18 + 1.6
Damage: 36 - 43 | HP: 625 | Mana: 234
HP Regen: 1 | Mana Regen: 0.73
Attack Speed: 1.6 | Armor: 3
Once a humble monk, he trained his body and soul to tolerate the most destructive forces of nature. He can link his soul unto his ally to heal their injuries. Ta'ahl's great stamina makes up for his lack in agility. He also has the powers of the divine entities to aid him. And, with only his mind, he can mentally crash his opponents body into submission.
Light of Ta'ahl (T)
He uses the powers of light to summon holy ghosts to fight with him. Last 30 seconds.
Level 1 - Summon 3 holy ghosts. They have radiant damage of 1.5% of current hp in a 300AOE.
Level 2 - Summon 4 holy ghosts. They have radiant damage of 1.5% of current hp in a 300AOE.
Level 3 - Summon 5 holy ghosts. They have radiant damage of 1.5% of current hp in a 300AOE.
Level 4 - Summon 7 holy ghosts. They have radiant damage of 1.5% of current hp in a 300AOE.
Holy ghost are uncontrollable and only do radiant damage.
Mana Cost: 100/120/140/160
Cooldown: 60/50/40/30
Framework: Balls of light surround Ta'ahl. They move in a circular motion.
Soul Link (S)
Links Ta'ahl and an ally hero in order to heal injuries and do more damage.
Level 1 - Gives Ta'ahl and linked hero additional 15hp regen and 200%mana regen. Regen bonus last 20 seconds. Also gives 10% additional damage. Attack bonus last 30 seconds.
Level 2 - Gives Ta'ahl and linked hero additional 17hp regen and 300%mana regen. Regen bonus last 20 seconds. Also gives 20% additional damage. Attack bonus last 30 seconds.
Level 3 - Gives Ta'ahl and linked hero additional 19hp regen and 400%mana regen. Regen bonus last 20 seconds. Also gives 30% additional damage. Attack bonus last 30 seconds.
Level 4 - Gives Ta'ahl and linked hero additional 21hp regen and 500%mana regen. Regen bonus last 20 seconds. Also gives 40% additional damage. Attack bonus last 30 seconds.
Mana Cost: 200
Cooldown: 60
Framework: Both heroes will have a green aura surrounding them during Soul Link.
Fury of the Heavens (N/A)
Gives Ta'ahl the power to deal chaos damage.
Level 1 - 10% chance to deal chaos damage. Adds 10% attack speed.
Level 2 - 20% chance to deal chaos damage. Adds 15% attack speed.
Level 3 - 30% chance to deal chaos damage. Adds 20% attack speed.
Level 4 - 40% chance to deal chaos damage. Adds 25% attack speed.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: Icon to show Ta'ahl is under the effects of Fury of the Heavens.
Mind Blast (D)
Ta'ahl has mastered the use of his body and soul. He now uses his mind destroy his opponents. Cast Range 550.
Level 1 - Damage is equal to his intelligence multiplied by 8. 2 seconds cast time. Stuns for 1.5 seconds
Level 2 - Damage is equal to his intelligence multiplied by 9. 2 seconds cast time. Stuns for 1.5 seconds
Level 3 - Damage is equal to his intelligence multiplied by 10. 2 seconds cast time. Stuns for 1.5 seconds
Mana Cost: 150/200/275
Cooldown: 120/90/60
Framework: A wavy violet line with blue waves will strike target.Ground will shatter around target.

Stats are fine. Light of Ta'ahl = Okay but deals damage equal to 1.5% of max HP or current HP?
Soul Link is pretty cool.
Fury of the Heavens is IMBA with high IAS and chance to deal chaos damage. Lower chance of chaos damage or attack speed.
Mind Blast is decent but his INT is weaker than his STR. Why not make it strength instead?
Overall, good hero and I'm liking your ideas. Keep those creative juices flowing and I'll be awaiting another idea.

Light of Ta'ahl = 1.5% of what? O_O
Soul Link = Make the duration for both regen and damage bonus constant [20 seconds]
Fury of heavens = Kinda useless since hero damage deals full damage to hero armor.
Mind blast = Single cast Sanity's Eclipse.
Stats, MS, AS are fine

am i seeing a RO monk-like character here? lol...
1st skill = 1.5% of current hp? each of the ghosts? so it would be 10.5% at level 4? pls clear me up here...
2nd & 3rd skill = yukino said it all.
ulti = a str based char that depends on his int to deal damage... not bad actually as by lvl 25 (w/o any items), he would deal 1080 damage (not yet reduced by spell reduction)... w00t!

hmmm... y not make Fury of the Heavens do sumting a little more ROish..like maybe instead of doing chaos damage... maybe make it hit target three times which does 2x damage... overall its ok...

Light of Ta'ahl: Damage happens when ghost passes through unit? Elaborate the framework a bit. Make it last 20 seconds with a 45/40/35/30 second cooldwon, stringing it might be too good.
Soul Link: I'd say mana regen bonus is too insane... reduce to 50/100/150/200%. Double shadow word+empower.. 'tis a fine support skill, heals you too.
Fury of the heavens: I need to find out what happens with a chaos damage attack. As bonus is fine.
Mind Blast: Build-around-me skill. Looks a bit lost, but People already saw the flavor, so 'tis fine. Lvl 3 Deals around 750 damage without items... hmm... Question is, Is it worth building around?

1st skill = works like radiance each ghost deals 1.5%current hp radiant damage in a 50AOE around it....... It moves in circles around Ta'ahl
2nd skill = you may be right about the mana regen...... hehehehe
3rd skill = im thinking of making it a critical + bash passive?????
Ulti = hmmmmmmm. .. .... as they say..... it's based in Ro's Extremity Fist so i was thinking on basing it on his mana...... but i still need lots of time to think about it......

thanks for explaining the wisps, now I get it, hehe. Combined critical and bash would be weaker than a bash or a critical as an individual skill, Kaizer's HI already untilized a triple-strike of sorts, if you were aiming for more monk skills. Try thinking of a nice passive for that... Think about the ulti as well...

Increases Ta'ahl's armor but greatly decreases movespeed.Last 20 seconds.
Level 1 - +10 armor -5% movespeed -10% attack speed
Level 2 - +20 armor -10%movespeed -30% attack speed
Level 3 - +30 armor -15%movespeed -50% attack speed
Level 4 - +40 armor -20%movespeed -70% attack speed
Mana Cost: 150
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Suggested Fury of the Heaven's is very lost. Would do well on a tanker, but you're not a tanker. You currently have an immolation of sorts, heal support and an Int-based nuke. See if you can make a skill that synergizes with 1 or 2 of those.
