DESCRIPTION:

A Helm once worn by a famous Wizard. It is extremely light, and is magical in nature.

REQUIRES:

Helm of Iron Will-950
Null Tallisman-510
Helm of the Wise Recipe-740

TOTAL COST:

2200!!

WHAT IT GIVES:

+9 INT
+4 STR
+4 AGI
+6 ARMOUR
+3 HP REGEN
Passive: Magical Recharge

"Magical Recharge"
Whenever you cast a spell, you now have a 25% chance of regenerating 50% of the spell's mana cost.

New EDIT: Changes the spell regen to 50% of spell's cost!! Also gave it +3 HP Regen, instead of +2.
