Here's how, it's really not that hard if you have the necessary programs. There's two ways.

1. you have 3dsmax 5 with the plugin that can import mdx models.
If you have 3dsmax 5 with the plugin then you just import it in, find the image sequence from a bunch of keys. after find the keys of the motion u want, remember them and render them. Ex. Render 1~40 if you like the stand animation. lol.

2.get the warcraft model viewer and view the model you want, go to animations and select the sequence you want and start playing it. use a screen recorder and record it down and save it as an avi. edit the avi so you only get the part you want and throw away the rest. then use ur movie editing program and put the text u want on it. finally use a converter to convert the avi into gifs then use another program to assemble them together so its an animated gifs.

That's the ways I know, if you want to attach effects like the frost arrow effect for traxex and such, import the effect, and the hero then just combine them and sort of animate the "frost" onto the arrow. BUT, that's only if you have 3dsmax5. Hope you make something good Very Happy.
