Single Player DotA

I'm new to DotA and I'm horrible at it, obviously. I also have a very old computer; and it manages to run WC3 well enough to play. However it's slow; during later battles it's extremely laggy. I often get throw out of games for this; and my rookie skills. So I was wondering how to play DotA against bots? I've already tried custom game, placing bots in the slots, and -ar. No bots spawned. I don't wanna do -ar anyway too, as I'd like to choose a certain hero.

Download A dotA Map With Names Like This :
DotA Allstars 6.42 AI
Laggy Computer ?Err Delete / Remove A Few Files

now you need to download an "AI" map... now DS has a download section where you could also get "AI" maps...

You need a dota AI map, and RAM to play on battle.net:lol:
