Plug Clockwerk - the Clockwerk Goblin

Story:

Created by his master, the Tinker. He joins the Tinker to aid the Sentinel against the Scourge. His terrifying look scares enemy units who dare threaten him. Crushes his enemies with his terrifying wrench. And can transform into a powerful Shredder that strengthens the Clockwerk's abilities. This creature is ready to destroy anything that stands in his way, enemies should better run or he's going to get them so Are you scared???

Intelligence: 16 + 1.4

Range:Melee (125)
Hit Points: 580

Skills:

Fear (F)
Looks upon his enemies with his terrifying look, scaring enemies in an area
Level 1: Scares 2 opponents in 300 AoE
Level 2: Scares 3 opponents in 300 AoE
Level 3: Scares 4 opponents in 300 AoE
Level 4: Scares 5 or 6 opponents in 300 AoE
Mana Cost:135
Cooldown:20 seconds
Framework: Looks like the opposite of Berserker's Call but random enemies will run away up to 500 AoE

Mechanical Aura
Improves his armor with mechanical armor
Level 1: Adds 3 armor
Level 2: Adds 4 armor
Level 3: Adds 5 armor
Level 4: Adds 6 armor
Mana Cost:N/A
Cooldown:N/A
Framework:A gray devotion aura that only affects heroes

Mighty Wrench
The clockwerk bashes eneies heads, stunning his enemies in a short perion of time
Level 1: 15% chance to stun an opponenet for 1 second and deal 25 bonus damage
Level 2: 15% chance to stun an opponent for 1.1 second and deal 45 bonus damage
Level 3: 15% chance to stun an opponent for 1.3 second and deal 60 bonus damage
Level 4: 15% chance to stun an opponent for 1.5 second and deal 70 bonus damage

Cooldown:N/A
Framework: Like a bash effect

Ultimate Skill:

Shredder Form (R)
Transform into a powerful goblin shredder, granting him bonus abilities. Lasts for 35 seconds
Level 1: Grants 15 bonus strength, improves stun chance by 20%, and granting him a 1.25 critical strike
Level 2: Grants 25 bonus strength, improves stun chance by 25%, and granting him a 1.75 critical strike
Level 3: Grants 35 bonus strengthn improves stun chance by 28%, and granting him a 2.25 critical strike
Mana Cost:200/300/400
Cooldown:150/120/110
Framework: Transforms into a goblin shredder

COOL ULTI HEHEHEHE!!! AND THE GOBLIN SHREDDER FORM!!!! I CAN IMAGINE RIPPING THE ENEMIES IN HALF BY HIS POWERFUL SAW!!! COOL IDEA!!! But I have a question, what does fear do?

the first hero idea i really liked., i have nothing to comment.,
very original.! oh., Fear.? LOL.! great skill., very funny though but great.! ^_^
10/10 really really great.!
i suggest you send this to the drew.!
just go to "my strategies" and go to "build new hero idea"
and officially sends your guy to the mods.! i really think he'd be approved...^_^
