Smiley Bomb

A Mysterious Looking Bomb that has only One Purpose ... to Piss Off Enemies .

- 875 Gold
- Contains 2 Charges when bought

Throw Smiley (active Skill , 25 Mana 11 Sec Cooldown)

Throws a Smiley Bomb on an Area(500 AoE) Dealing Damage and a random Effect .

- Deals 200 Damage
- 20% Chance to Stun Units for 1.5 seconds
- 20% Chance to Slow Units by 25% for 3 seconds
- 20% Chance to Silence Units for 4 seconds
- 20% Chance to Blind Units making them miss 20% of their attacks for 5 seconds
- 20% Chance of doin nuthin but damage only

This item is funny.. the hero holding this item will get pissed of or the enemy will get pissed off.. only 2 charges? make it unli but with cooldown..

i like it. but instead of the chance of doing nothing but dmg, you should change it to like a buff for the other team. like give them 50%IAS for 10 seconds whtever.

hmm, but to make it more intreseting, you can have 20% to do nothing, no damage alse, but then you have to buff something else, neway good item.
