Can someone help me with Dazzle?

Since there's no strategy for Dazzle yet, can I just ask what items I should put on him? Thanks in advance Cool

probably skadi, radiance, power threads, vanguard/HoT, hyperstone?

I prefer Desolator over Skadi cause of Dazzle's weave + -6 armor from deso, but Skadi is good too.
