I'm curious, what heroes are most suited to buy wards (observer/sentry)? And why?

any hero that is concerned about being gangbanged. and why? 175 gold wards are cheaper than buying yourself..

Ok...

In competitive play, i see that it's always Chen/twin head dragon buying wards. Y not other heroes? I'm sure everyone is concerned abt gangbangs. Any hero could buy wards. But the burden of buying wards almost always falls on these 2.

My pt: what heroes other than chen/THD? What reason? Mayb they got loads of money? Keep lurking in the forest?

Maybe because they can easily farm. People who farm quickly have the extra money to buy wards, so it's a good investement for them. Other good farmers may include Ezalor or Luna...

i think that tinker and ds should use it cause of the 2500 spells, i use observer wards in order to kill those who run, but any hero can get them generally

Reference to a Zeus Strategy from the dotaallstrasr.com form by Mathscraft: Zeus can make good use of observers, since he can only zap invisible suckers such as Rikimaru with them. (remember, zeus's ulti can't hit invisibles)

The reason why heroes like chen buys wards is because those heroes are not item dependent, Chen can go an entire game with just a headress and a couple of bracers.

Any support heroes should buy wards, but not for killer hero. Support heroes mean any heroes skills of whom are needed but they don't need high class item (eg. Lich, venomencer, vengeful, etc.) while killer heroes need high class items to make themselves useful in a team (eg. Viper, bone clinkz, etc.).

people like juggernaut n luna shud buy wards for offense coz dey solo unbelievably well.
Wards for defense can be bought by anyone

chen buys wards so he can see which creeps to use.....furbolg, centaur and hellcaster dont always spawns so he keeps wards aroudn these camps to know when they do.
