story
Phantom was once a druid of the talon which had betrayed the sentinel and killed the ancient hero in sentinel Cenarius.He was thrown out to the HellFire Peninsula,and then the he was found and recruited by the Lord of the Hellfire Peninsula,Destromath.He gives Phantom Giant Strength and the power to shadow possess which is the sacred skill to kill thousand of enemies that he face.Together with the scourge, he want to destroy Sentinel.

Shadow Possess active
lv 1, damage random from 50 to 150, Possess the unit for 3 seconds , mana 100 ,cooldown 12 seconds
lv 2, damage random from 100 to 200,possess the unit for 3 secs,mana 135 , cooldown 12 secs
Lv 3,damage random from 150 to 300, possess unit for 4 secs
,mana 175 , cooldown 12 sec
lv 4 damage random from 200 to 400,possess unit for 4 secs
mana 200,cooldown 12 sec
Range : 400
animation:
Phantom spit a fire like troll high priest in dotA neutral creep, and the targeted unit willbecome blur (blacker) and you can control it for certain seconds,after the time is elapsed, the targeted unit become to normal( can target hero)
Note :can use the skill of the targeted unit or hero
Icon : Phase, avatar of vengeace ability in 6.32 DotA

Soul Burn (Passive)
Lv 1 Burn hp 5 and mana 2 per seconds
lv 2 burn hp 10 and mana 4 per secs
lv 3 burn hp 15 and mana 6 per secs
lv 4 burn hp 20 and mana 8 per secs
AoE : 350
Animation :
Phantom Brings a deadly aura that damaging nearby enemies and draining their lifes,the unit that receive damage will have a minor blood effect.
Icon : Blood Bath,Blood seeker icon
Note : doesnt stack with radience

Gold Eye active
lv 1 give 3 gold every attacks, mana 100, Cooldown 90 secs ,Last for 10 secs
lv 2 give 5 gold every attack , mana 125, cooldown 80 sec
last for 10 secs
lv 3 give 7 gold every attack , mana 175,cooldown 70 sec
last for 10 sec
Lv 4 give 10 gold every attack, mana 225 ,cooldown 60 sec
last for 10 sec
animation:
the Phantom have a effect like troll rampage, and each of his attack will receive bonus gold.

Asura Strike Active
lv 1 damage = 5 x Intellegence , mana 300 , cooldown 135
lv 2 damage = 6 x Intellegence , mana 400 , cooldown 100
lv 3 damage = 7 x intellegence , mana 500 , cooldown 80
Animation : Phantom recharge for 1. seconds and then Missing ,suddenly phantom attack the enemy ( like nether Strike) but the targeted unit surrounding area will receive
250 damage and crack effect (just like earthQuake / epicenter)
Icon: blood rage ( blood seeker)

No offense but, your hero's title/race/whatever is my hero's name. Favor, could you please think of an original name.

Anyways,
2nd skill, IMBA! Not only it's passive, the damage and mana loss are high. And does not stack with radiance won't happen, like if you have allies who has radiance, d*mn painful!
3rd skill, IMBA! This one beats Alchemist's Goblin's Greed!
Ulti, also IMBA! His strength even without any strength increasing items can deal massive damage!!

Things to nerf
-Range, make it melee or an Intelligence type
-Attack Rate (1.55?) make it higher like 1.70+

wow,with that 3rd skill,
a linkin's spohere on this dude and he could probably get an aegis and 4 divines by the time he's level 15! or maybe 3xdivine and aegis and lnkens and hyperstone would be a good idea.....
pointless!!! nerf the 3rd skill, and redice the damage on the ultimate.
other than that, its a nice looking hero.

Nerf the ulti
Changed the Primary from str type to Int type
but Shadow Master the 2nd skill means that if the Phantom uses a radience, the Soul burn will not stack.if the allies have a radience,it doesnt have any effect to the soul burn
