Transforms to wolf have extra hp? Much regen and he probably has lifesteal to. And yes with critical perhaps. When ur wolf i think you have increased HP regen correct?

1. Feral heart + regen items.
2. 3 HoT
3. Active flask while hiding.
4. Massive Damage + lifesteal item, satanic to be specific = Massive life regen.
5. All of the above.
