Ah. You need to have Adobe Photoshop or a similar program to create a userbar. The image I gave you shows how to make a userbar using photoshop.

oooooh thanks im already doing it (USERBAR) but theres a step that "use pencil tool by right clicking on the paint brush then set the color black.
problem is i cannot find the pencil thing (sorry if im bothering you too much) thx
