Lifesteal just activates on the first target hit, not on the other targets.

So you get to see the lifesteal animation is on the first target, then you see the Glaives on the succeeding targets?

Oh you mean the green thing that becomes your attack animation?
I don't remember that.. I think it's still glaives. You "shine" however when you hit the first target.

Well I am not totally sure but i think it works, the creeps die in like 2 attacks so i think it really does splash with your glaives

I just tried it, and yes her attack animation changes to that green projectile thingy if you have a lifesteal item, affecting all her glaives, even the once that bounce. The only time that you would see the glaives again is if you attack a tower or an image. (Take that, Azwraith!)
