axe needs a nerf. remove his ability to use stout shield and vanguard. just like how kelens dagger cant be used by pudge or vengeful spirit. i was in 2v2 game all lanes, he went between the 2 bottom scourge towers and just stood there AT LEVEL 1 and creeps died almost instantly - he had 2 stout shields and health pots. he held off the creeps behind the tower BY HIMSELF while sentinal creeps had no oposition to destroy the tower.

name 1 hero that has the ability, at level 1, to buy very few items and solo entire waves of creeps with 1 ability.

Ah, c`mon, he doesn`t need any nerfin`...Maybe his helix is strong, but not that strong anyways. And, what can you do if those creeps charged him? It triggers alot of helixes, espacially if a hero (range or melee) was hitting him too... He doesn`t need nerfin` IMO...

You're just angry because you lost (noob). You weren't smart enough to figure a way to deal with him. If you're a weak player that doesn't mean the hero's need nerfing. Axe is fine the way he is.
It's not the drive (hero) it's the driver (player) ! ! !

heh there was no way to deal with him. i was abbadon even with shield i couldnt touch him. all im saying is make him not able to use vanguard

yeah, i agree with jackass... i mean dmeister. why can't you (insert another a.hole comment here)


but no, i don't think he needs to be nerfed. If you have nukers or stunners, then he can easily be stopped.

Make sure you fight him alone with no allied creep around.

Ok somebody has been using the 3 stout strategy, but it doesn't mean he is invincible. He would have been dead many times with a nuker around.

No, he doesn't need to be nerfed. Any ranged hero has a pretty good chance to harass him early game, and unless you're sitting there trying to out DPS his helix, you shouldn't really have any problems. Just play it safe until you can do more damage to him.

This guy maybe new to Dota , soooo...... you could just say to him to play more, cuz many new players dont know what to expect from all heroes, he just needs experience in playing.

Ok , Axe doesent need a nerf, if u cant handle him , just ask a teammate to lane switch Or can ask nuker as helper, or a ranged .And if you do not believe me , try and play axe and see what disadvantages he has.He's just food for Curse of the Silent IMO.
