Years after the destruction of Draenor, the immensely powerful Lich King created a new breed of death knights: malevolent, rune-wielding warriors of the Scourge. The first and greatest of these was Prince Arthas Menethil, once a mighty paladin of the Silver Hand, who sacrificed his soul to claim the runeblade Frostmourne in a desperate bid to save his people.Now, he fights for his king,wielding the dreaded Frostmourne. With every soul he takes, his powers grow ever powerful .Combined with the powers to raise creatures of death and powers of the Lich King, he is usually the last thing you see on the battlefield.

Soul Rend (R)
A power that was given to him by the Lich King, Arthas is able to channel dark energies into a dark soul sword, which is able to rip the chosen victim's soul and bring back a portion to Arthas.
Level 1 - Deals 100 damage, 1 second slow.During slow duration, Arthas has 5% lifesteal.
Level 2 - Deals 200 damage, 2.5 second slow.During slow duration, Arthas has 10% lifesteal.
Level 3 - Deals 350 damage, 4 second slow. During slow duration, Arthas has 15% lifesteal.
Level 4 - Deals 450 damage, 4.5 second slow. During slow duration, Arthas has 20% lifesteal.
Mana Cost: 160/145/130/110
Cooldown: 35
Framework: Animation is a huge black sword slashing the target.
Notes: His primary nuke.

Touch Of Death (T)
Arthas hurls a ball of darkness that plunges into the victim's soul,which then feeds on it.After a period of time, the infected victim will explode dealing damage to himself and all around him.

Level 1 - Deals 10 damage per second for 5 seconds.After 5 seconds, will cause AoE of 150 around target.Target receives 100 damage during AoE.

Level 2 - Deals 25 damage per second for 5 seconds.After 5 seconds, will cause AoE of 250 around target.Target receives 300 damage during AoE.

Level 3 - Deals 35 damage per second for 5 seconds.After 5 seconds, will cause AoE of 400 around target.Target receives 350damage during AoE.

Level 4 - Deals 45 damage per second for 5 seconds.After 5 seconds, will cause AoE of 550 around target.Target receives 450 damage during AoE.

Usable on creep.

Mana Cost: 250
Cooldown: 40/45/50/55

Framework: Animation is similar to Vengeful spirit's Magic Missile but dark green coloured. Target will turn green and grow slighly bigger thus helping identifying infected target.



Frostmourne Hungers (H)

For every soul consumed by Frostmourne, Arthas is granted more power.Frostmourne reached its peak of power when is has consumed 10 souls.

Level 1 - For every hero slain,increases attack speed by 1%, movement speed by 5% & 2.5% damage increase.

Level 2 - For every hero slain,increases attack speed by 2%, movement speed by 7% & 3% damage increase.

Level 3 - For every hero slain,increases attack speed by 3%, movement speed by 7.5% & 4% damage increase.

Level 4 - For every hero slain,increases attack speed by 4%, movement speed by 8% & 5% damage increase.

Passive

Mana Cost: 0
Cooldown: 0

Framework: Animation is an icy glow around Arthas. When reaches max souls of 10, glow becomes icy storm above him.

Unliving Rage (E)

Arthas summons the ghost that were recently slain by the choosen victim and orders them to attack their killer in an act of revenge.

Level 1 - Summons # number of ghost that deals 200 damage max each.Ghost have a chance to stun target for 2 seconds

Level 2 - Summons # number of ghost that deals 350 damage max each.Ghost have a chance to stun target for 3 seconds

Level 3 - Summons # number of ghost that deals 400 damage max each.Ghost have a chance to stun target for 4 seconds
Level 4 - N/A

Causes no damage at all if hero doesnt have any kills.Kills are counted since death not overall kills of whole game.

Mana Cost: 350/400/450
Cooldown: 240

Framework: Animation are ghosts that surrounds hero.

Notes:Each ghost has 650 health.Ghost are also immune to spells.( tormented soul ulti to get out of this Very Happy)


Character looks

Well he should be the Arthas model wielding frostmourne but silver haired(Also making he not identical to lord avernus).


If you think this character is too imba, please explain and dont flame.

hummm, theres already a hero with this theme, lord of avernus, icy/death theme

stats: base stats are TOO high

1st: wow high dmg nuke, plus slow plus lifesteal, better than nightstalker's AT NIGHT!!!, and a lifesteal

2nd: somewhat original

3rd: ummm.... OMGCHEAP, thats 40% attackspeed, 80% movespeed, and 50% dmg increase... i would understand if the cap was like 2-3, but thats ALOT, plus 8% move speed per kill is actually pretty high. if you look at MoM, its like 75% attack/15% move, with that, hes literally max movespeed by then... and based on your current design, its PERMANENT, meaning if he dies, he keeps those kills..., i would understand if it was an ulti or osmething. a good balance for this would be... per kill its 2%/1%/2%, or near there, maybe a BIT higher cause 10 kills is pretty hard i guess, but if he gets a dagon, that just ez kills :P

ulti: ummm, those souls are PRETTY strong and a chance to stun for 4 sec??? i dont think theyd like a hero thats ulti depends on kills, becuase hes pretty useless if he just died... skills should somewhat be independent of major factors.

OVERALL: i think you should make a new hero, cuase they alreayd have an "deaht knight" hero =\

Base stats are too high and the nukes are too powerful. The fact that you gave everything really high cooldowns does not help.

well... if you finished the frozen throne campaign, you'll see that arthas is already the lich king.

@ hero, the skills are too powerful and the stats are very high.


note: there's an arthas model that isn't mounted on a horse...(it only looks like an undead omniknight)

As above mentoined, skills are way too strong, extreme nuking capacity mixed with massive dps potential... and the ult, its like injecting krob with horse steriods, rethink this man, its a cool idea, just needs some toning down
