What skill is harder to use Pudge's hook or Mirana's Arrow?
And in 1 vs 1 who will win between them?

no 1 will win in 1on1 between dem because its up to u how u will use it....any way da hook and da arrow is both hard just practice ur accuracy

mirana wins.
mirana is multi purpose hero,capable of carry,support and push.
pudge however is a combo hero,suck at tower destroying.
say if both players has same level of play(worthy opponents)mirana surely wins though might get pawned early game,that if,if pudge wasn't badly harassed.

Since Mirana has pretty low hp, she will be vulnerable to pudge's hook-rot-dismember combo. However, with quick reactions, she might be able to leap away from pudge the second after he hooks her.

If Mirana harrasses and last hits well, and keeps moving around/hiding behind creeps to dodge hooks, Mirana should be the winner. If it lasts till late game, pudge can't really do much more than hook-rot-dismember combo, which, in late game won't kill Mirana.

there is an alternative to leaping,which was dismember+rot+near hook+dagon
bad thing is,dagon cost 3000 gold while hood cost less than 2500 gold.a bkb worth 3800 gold makes pudge useless when equipped to mirana with some other dps.still,my opinion stand,mirana wins

True, as the topic asks in a 1v1 situation, and if its 1v1 then you have loads of money to start off with. I'm sure Mirana can get some decent items to face pudge with.

Both heroes being my most played and favourites, i'd Love to see this battle but as long as mirnana pays attention a good mirana would clean up this matchup, even without any hero kills. The game could very well end 0-0 in favour of mirana because of her superior tactics. Pudge has one option, get tanky and push with rot and hope for a hero kill. Mirana's leap owns pudge's rot and her starfall and arrow combo can put him out of action long enough to push more effectively. The only way i see pudge winning is with at least 2 hearts, and hood and a vangaurd and jsut tank the hell out of the enemy base.

And hook is harder, because it is less spammable + shorter range. I would also say it is IMMENSELY more effective when used well though

mirana will win.... linkens is all she needs.. and a good mirana user... XD

and id also agree that hook is far more harder to use... since it can hit anyone.. inlcuding enemy and ally.... and also coz of its range at early lvls...

actually i find arrow is harder.
arrow wont pull them in.
it wont speed up
it deals less damage
the only part of arrow which is better than hook,is the stun and range

Arrow is harder, cuz hook moves faster
and...
I think, mirana wins
and if you get hooked, just leap
stay behind creeps, last hit, farm farm farm

Both skills has their pros and cons.

Let's start with Elune's Arrow first:-
Pros:
- Longer range
- Does not hit ally
- Long duration stun
Cons:
- Does not drag enemy towards you
- Slow projectile speed
- Does not hit spell immue unit

And now for Pudge's Meat Hook:-
Pros:
- Very fast projectile speed
- Drag enemy towards you
- Affect spell immunity (can drag spell immue unit)
Cons:
- Hit both enemies and allies
- Much shorter range
- Does not stun

So i guess these pros and cons determines which person can master which skill more effectively. As for me, i prefer Elune's Arrow due to the fact that it only hits enemy, which make it much easier to aim.

probably pudges hook. doesnt reach as far
so you have to be quicker in reactions
miranas 5 sec stun is nice too. even if you dont kill them as they are running.
