story:
When Neon was still young, he had a mighty ambition. He wanted to be a great builder and a great blacksmith. Then one day the human bandits destroyed their village. He was taught by orc raiders the masteries of blacksmithing and was taught by enchanted orcs of Uskaban the magic of swift building. This knowledge and skills of building will help the scourge achieve maximum power.

I.Construct(C)
Neon buids a tower that contains massive damage. Tower lasts 25 seconds.casting time 4 seconds.
level 1 :Creates a tower that fires an arrow. Arrow damage 40-47. tower armor 5, with 300hp.
level 2 :Creates a much stronger tower that fires 2 arrows. Arrow damage 47-53. tower armor 5, with 550hp.
level 3 :Creates concrete tower that fires a burning arrow. Arrow damage 50-57 a unit will burn 30hp for 2 seconds. tower armor 10, with 700hp.
level 4 :creates concrete tower that fires 2 burning arrows. Arrow damage 60-67 a unit will burn 50hp for 2 seconds. Tower armor 10, with 1250hp
manacost: 280/220/160/125
cooldown: 30 seconds
II.orc valor(passive)
Neon feels tougher each time he successfully constructs
level 1 :increases armor by 0.09 for every successful cast.
level 2 :increases armor by 0.1 for every successful cast.
level 3 :increases armor by 0.1.5 for every successful cast.
level 4 :increases armor by 0.3 for every successful cast.
manacost:n/a
cooldown:n/a
framework: he increases his armor only after each successful cast of his first skill. The 3rd skill autocast doesn't apply. He needs this skill so he could tank in late games.
III.envenom(E) [autocast]
Neon has the ability to enhance all weapons! lasts 15 seconds.
level 1 :+5 bonus damage, 10 poison over 3secs, 10%slow
level 2 :+8 bonus damage, 20 poison over 3secs,15%slow
level 3 :+12 bonus damage, 30 poison over 3secs,20%slow
level 4 :+15 bonus damage, 40 poison over 3secs,25%slow
manacost:100
cooldown:8
IV.Research(passive)
Neon studies to become a better builder. Increasing his knowledge of building.
level 1 :+10 int. Construct cooldown is lowered by 5sec. Tower span increased by 4sec.
level 2 :+20 int. Construct cooldown is lowered by 10sec. tower span increased by 8 sec.
level 3 :+30 int. Construct cooldown is lowered by 15sec.tower span increased by 12.
manacost: n/a
cooldown: n/a
check out the third skill, hehe i gave it a slow so that the enemy takes more damage from the tower when they attempt to go near it..
make some good comments or suggestions

Iwas gonna make a builder hero MIND READING THIEF!
Research is IMBA! Tank a little early game and by level 10 you might deal 250 damage per hit.

why make him Int if he has 2 passives, a combat booster and something that can only be used once every 100 seconds.
research is over the top.
make him build more.

orc valor is disturbingly imba...at level 16 this guy, if he casts at every cd, gains 1.2 armor a minute...that could get rediculous moderately fast...granted 1.2 armor a minute isn't too bad, but since a basic game of dota last around 30-45 minutes, and a good one lets you hit 16 pretty fast...and if you get the skill early...oh jeez...

i tried computing his 2nd skill. in 60 mins. he can only garner 26.3 +armor.
if a game lasts longer. he would own definitely..

Cap the armor bonus somewhere and half it when he dies, then yours is allright. This hero is basically like techies.

*After edited* good, not to imba. But the tower do, 1 hit deal 50 and burn damage 100. And it has low hp for a tower.

i increased the tower life.. hehe i remembered techies earth mine..600 damage could easily ruin a tower with 400 hp..

perhaps make the towers last until killed but max out at 3 or something like that. if it is just a 25 second tower there isn't much use as people will just use a well placed stun each time you try and cast it.

potential to be imba otherwise fine.
envenom) someone gets +15 damage and another 40 every 3 seconds...seems fair
Research) a boring "I couldn't think up a final skill so i made a skill that makes my other skills better.. skill" skill
towers now last a whole 37 seconds.

i like it,. oh i hope this could be played in dota.. it feels good to build! oh and i suggest you increase tower life by 30 seconds.. its good to build towers upto 3 for supra defense and a good back up when you and your teammates are need to back, to scare opponents away.. think of it! no ones gonna want to chase you when there's three towers backing them up!!

Posted: Wed Jan 02, 2008 12:37 pmfirst skill.. too damn cheap for mana cost and too way strong.. even at level 1, i mean you could cast it at the start of the game, waiting for the first wave of creeps..
second skill.. it toughens up the hero, but really what does the hero do? its the tower that damages or that needs to be destroyed.. and 0.3 late game is imba, since 125 mana cost of tower is imba and research lessens the cooldown of the first skill making it ultra imba..
third skill.. yeah yeah envenom, very common skill.. like a filler skill.. cooldown 8 secs? come on..
ultimate.. wow plus 30 int, permanent? and decreases cooldown while increasing duration, what the hell.. overworked, overstress, too much for it..

think bro.. think before you judge.. it ain't half bad.. if you think you can create a better builder hero.. do it! prove your worth..
i don't care who makes the hero as long as it builds forts, towers, walls!! then that hero would fit my need...
