Birth of a new legend-Chapter 4

Hey ya'll!
This is my 1st story, inspired by the fanfic writers out there(flameseeker,bloodcraft and constantine) I liked ya guys' story so here goes.

-----Prologue-----
A storm was brewing, Lightning crashed down on hundreds of the Sentinel warrior as Razor, the lightning revenant was rampaging on the center lane. Three Sentinel heroes was desperately defending their base, despite constant strikes by Razor's storm seeker. At the last moment, Furion was able to deflect Razor's lightning blast to its caster, however this has costed him dearly since it blasted his magical staff into the sky.

Damaged, Razor retreated back while the Sentinel heroes take their rest before the next strike hits. Little did they know Furion's Staff had found itself in a pool of unstable water. Absorbing the staff's magical power, the pool started to take a shape... An unstable shape, capable of constantly changing its material arose,while Furion's staff was thoroughly devoured by this entity. As a stray lightning bolt hits the creature, it releases a deafening roar, signifying its arrival to this war between the Sentinel and the Scourge.

-----Chapter One-----

Sensing a magic similar to his old staff's, Furion casted teleport right to the birthplace of the creature. "ChaosPool" He remarked. However furion was late, there was no trace of his magic,nor anything resembling it anywhere near the pool. All that was left was a blood-like substance, however bluish-green in colour. With this piece of the "creature" in his hands, Furion headed for the Sentinel's base.

Meanwhile, the creature was on a killing spree. From whence it came, paths of destruction followed through the forests and ravaged grounds of the scourge(not really paths of destruction since nothing was left). The creature was capable of movement and feeding,yet haven't retained a body or a stable form. As it kills and feeds, his body assimilated the shape of whatever it had fed upon seconds ago, then returned to the floating cesspool of water.

As it goes on its feeding spree, the creature assimilated more than form. Slowly gaining Strengths of the creatures that he ate, being it the ability to combine poison into his being or to bring about fiery destruction classed with the strongest of dragons, the strongest of abilities were absorbed by the creature. It too, had gained inteligence from the creatures that he ate. By days, it was able to morph itself freely to any form he desire, be it humanoid or elfish. He retained his ability to assimilate, however not taking form of the creatures he had slain. However inteligence of the creatures that it ate, was insufficient for advanced thinking and abilities such as Talking, Deciding right or wrong and the ability to assimilate higher beings such as pure energy.

--At the Sentinel Base--

"Ah I see that you have returned, Furion. What have you there?"Asked Zeus, who happened to be where furion had targeted his teleport, The Laboratory.
"Zeus, good timing. Now can you fetch me Rylai,Lina and Razzil?"Requested Furion,"I need them to do something for me."

-----Chapter Two-----
Slowly,but firmly the creature ate, now able to absorb traces of inteligence, as it was spewing a mouthful of words and letters on his move. Inside his head, some sort of thinking device,a brain, was forming.

-----At the Scourge Base-----
Lich King:"Razor, I see you have fully recovered... I have sensed a being with traces of your energy in it. You will find him and bring him back to me. Alive or Dead. Meanwhile I will establish contact with him."

Razor:"Yes mighty Ner'Zhul, King of Liches and the Scourge"

Lich King(Mentally):Creature from the depths of the darkest seas, the morphling. Do my bidding and I will grant you feed, for eternity.
-----At the Sentinel Base-----
Razzil(A.K.A Alchemist):Furion my man it eez done. Thiz being we are talkin bout' ain't existin' in this world of ours. He got form'd wit yer staff a'right, the magic's his bein'"

Furion:Thank you. It is best that we currently observe this creature for the while. Gondar, take stealth and find him. Do not engage in battle, at all. We do not know what this creature is capable of.

Gondar:Affirmative

Receiving the Lich King's telepathy the morphling roared, its primal instincts taking over. He was tempted at the offering of food but had hesitated due to the magic of Furion's Staff.

By now it has enough component to,at will,split himself into two separate beings. Existing without the ability to think, this replica is able to take form of anything the Morphling has seen. Due to atomic bondings amongst the two morphlings, they will both be able to instantly take another's place, returning into one,whole being. As he ate a whole dragon, enveloping it in an amoeba-like manner, lightning striked,twice. Razor had arrived. His survival instincts spiked, the creature geared for defense.

Chapter 3

Gondar had arrived just in time to watch the creature. He had previously tracked it using traces of Furion’s staff that remained intact. Taking safety from the clash in his windwalk, Gondar watched as the two mighty creatures battle it out in the clash of the titans.

Razor went into a frenzy, tearing apart trees with continuous blasts of crimson-red lightning from his sceptre, burning everything in his path. The creature took advantage of his own being, able to morph his corporeal form to dodge most of the lightning strikes directed at him. Never involved in battles without wholly consuming his opponents in one hit, the creature attempted to do this to Razor, again. He blasted himself forward with such velocity that even the air itself seemed to form in his path, acting like a spear. Taking this chance, Razor immediately charged up for a large attack, a huge blast of lightning that is called Bolt Strike. With a huge ball of current on his sceptre, Razor let it out at the wave of being attacking him.

The bolt hit its mark, with unnerving accuracy the creature was struck down. It laid on the watery grounds of the Scourge, trembling and shaking with such extremity that he was visibly tearing himself apart. The creature was surrounded by a static shield, preventing all but Razor to touch him. Continuously, Razor sent blasts and blasts of lightning from the skies which was summoned by the “Storm Seeker” towards the immobile and dying creature.

Suddenly, Razor was hit by something that he had just created, the Bolt Strike.

“You.....You..” He said as he collapsed unto the ground, attempting to identify his attacker.

------Chapter Four------

-------Sentinel Base----
"It seems that we have a "mouse" here. Sven said, holding Azwraith up.

"How much information have you leaked to the Lich King?" Furion questioned him, his face burning in anger because Azwraith, the phantom lancer, had been found in Secret Information Archives smuggling documents out.

"Wait. I can explain. I'll tell you what the Lich King is planning if you let me go!" Azwraith pleaded desperately, his life on the line.

Furion considered his choices for a moment, then deciding that this information from Azwraith could prove to be a decisive one, so he decided to hear it.

"The Lich King plans to.." Azwraith said halfway, when he was suddenly impaled from the ground.

"The Lich King does not favour betrayal,young one. I wish you well in the afterlife." A Mysterious voice said. The Figure which had just impaled Azwraith disappeared into thin air, disappearing from the eyes of the Sentinel.

"What?! What about the invisibility detectors? The watchers? How long has he been in here. Get me the Defense In-Charge. NOW!" Furion yelled. He was definitely angry now. First a rat, now this. Who could it be? He asked himself.

"You... You.... Just Who...What are you?" Razor said with his dying breath. He was desperately laying on the ground. He knew his doom was inevitable, yet he was satisfied to lose to a worthy opponent. His scepter lay on the ground, static electricity surrounding it with immense power.

Razor looked at an exact clone of his. No one has ever made an exact clone of him before. He knew that heroes like Nessaj and some others could, but that was usually their own replicas. He was bewildered. He did not believe a clone would actually go against himself.

"You....Die!"Morphling said, from the clone of Razor's, charging up a bolt. As if on cue, the skies darkened and it started to rain. Lighting strikes were everywhere, but one was directly aimed at Razor. Three seconds. Three. Razor reached for his scepter. Two. He took it and casted a spell. One. He shot out another Charged Bolt at the Morphling. Zero. The lightning strike struck him at the same time that his Charged bolt struck the Morphling.

Razor was dead. His corporeal body had totally vanished. Nothing was left but his robe, and the helmet he wore. But his opponent was not without his own injuries. Blood-like substances were oozing out of his watery body. He was definitely fatigued as he slowly made his way towards the forest, where he thinks he would be safe.

Blood..... No. Not blood. Definitely something else. Smells like blood. Food. Weak prey. Losing bodily fluid. MINE!
