Flasks all the way....
I liked flasks better, even before the buff....
Flasks provide you with the chance to let your hp drop a LOT, without having to worry too much about it....
Of course, you have to use this to your advantage, if you can get your opponent's hp low enough to kill him later, do it, even when your life will be left very low, the flask will have it covered, and when you do come back, there's a very high chance to kill...
It doesn't work of course if the enemy has a healing skill, or flasks of course, but it does work against people with tangoes....
You regenerate way more, in way less time....

flask.....depend situation.....ex a hero*bloodseeker try to 1st blood you* and chase you till the tower...of coz b4 you reach to the tower...use the flask and you can overthrown him easily...
the good thing bout flask is fast regeneration...usually its best to have one if you are farming since it much more better but the bad thing is when you use your opp usually try to hit you and stop you regen than tango...tango in other hand slow regen but...willl not be cancel if been hit....in short...the choice are yours so choose which one you like(if you like risky and speedy regen,flask all the way but if you want to play safe then tango for ya)

Tangoe before,, now it's better to use flask. 90 vs. 100 gold is not that much of a difference..

Tango = Okay
Flask = Better
Bottle = Great!

Flasks are like mini-bottles, lol!!

If you're melee, go for the tango.
Other than that go Flask.

There are two things i hate about the flask:
1. If your enemy sees you drinking a flask, they're gonna try all means to hit you.
2. It's sad to get slapped by a Ghoul...
So always use a flask next to a tower...or at least away from the fray...

As Lonewolf said, depends on the situation...

But with the Alchemist...Flask with Crow! Sapphire Delivery anyone?

get 4 charges of tangoes and 1 flask when u get seriously herrassed use flask if not use tangoes

Flask is statistically better after it got buffed and tangoes costs more... 20 seconds used to be too long,especially vs ranged heroes but now 10 seconds is easy

flask is for hero with high health like treant protector..
but tango is for low health hero..
i think tango is for early and flask for mid - late game..

Bottles!!!!! these are great =D

but in this case, i will go with tangos because it is more effective in healing over a period of time. like on a trip to the secret shop. Flasks, better for running away from early - mid game ganks.
