Posted: Thu Sep 20, 2007 1:54 pmAnigam was born unperfectly. He was defact. His Father, Anub'arak, was very shame to have a son like him, so Anub'arak throw him away when he was still young. Since that time, Anigam had looked for vengeance. Suddenly, while he was walking without a clear purpose of life, he met with the twin sons to the great Prophet, Terrorblade and Magina. They happily took care of young Anigam. Anigam also trained with them. Suddenly, when three of them were walking around the world tree, Anigam got his body undefacted. When the twin brothers recognized his power, ther was a fight beetween Magina and Terrorblade. They wanted to have Anigam's power for one of themself, not for others, also Anigam as well. The fight seemed never ends. Finnaly, Anigam had chosed to get in the Terrorblade site. Both of them had joined the Scourge since that time. Now, Anigam is looking for two vengeances, first for Anub'arak, then for Magina... So, to defeat them, Anigam has improved his skills as a chaser!

Abilities:
Electric Cage (T)
The chaser creates a circle-path of electricity surounding a foe and deal damage. The targeted foe can't move for a few seconds, but get immunity to spell. If he can get out of the cage before the time when the cage disappear, he will have his movements speed reduced for a huge amounts and the chaser will have a truesight for the the targeted foe for 10 seconds for all levels.
Level 1 Deal 75 damage, 1 second trapped; reduce 50% MS for 2 seconds if the foe can escape.
Level 2 Deal 150 damage, 2 second trapped; reduce 60% MS for 4 seconds if the foe can escape.
Level 3 Deal 225 damage, 3 second trapped; reduce 70% MS for 6 seconds if the foe can escape.
Level 4 Deal 300 damage, 4 second trapped; reduce 80% MS for 8 seconds if the foe can escape.
Manacost:100/120/140/160
Cooldown:15 seconds at all levels.
Framework : It's like an ordinary purge, but in this case, the targeted enemy can't move any where, but still can attack an cast spell.
Note : While trapped, the enemy still can get out, with blink, kellen dagger, timewalk, waveform, and teleport, but they will have their MS reduced for huge amounts. The foe can also escape with windwalk, but you'll have trusight for him so you still can see him.
Blink (B)
Short distance teleportation that allows one to move in and out of combat.
Level 1 - 12 second cooldown.
Level 2 - 9 second cooldown.
Level 3 - 7 second cooldown.
Level 4 - 5 second cooldown.
Mana Cost: 60
Framework: It's like an ordinary blink.
Hand to Hand Combat (D)
The Chaser make his enemy can only use their weapon without skills, passive skills, and orb effect skills.
Level 1 - Silence enemy in 150 AoE. When you attack an enemy, stop any of his orb effect and passive skills and items. 3 seconds cooldown.
Level 2 - Silence enemy in 300 AoE. When you attack an enemy, stop any of his orb effect and passive skills and items. 2 seconds cooldown.
Level 3 - Silence enemy in 450 AoE. When you attack an enemy, stop any of his orb effect and passive skills and items. 1 second cooldown.
Level 4 - Silence enemy in 600 AoE. When you attack an enemy, stop any of his orb effect and passive skills and items. 0 second cooldown.
Manacost: 10/15/20/25
Framework: Like the heartstopper aura. A manabreak framework will appear when you attack your enemy.
Note: The silence aura is a passive skill. When you active this skill, the skill icon will be changed to an icon that if you click it, the skill activating will be stopped. (like the ulti of tormented soul). When you active it, you'll lose some 10 mana every 3 second for first level, 15 mana every 2 seconds for second level, 20 mana every 1 second for third level, and 25 mana every second for fourth level.
Chaser Aura
The Chaser improve his chasing skill for himself and for all nearby allied units.
Level 1 - 10% IMS, 5% IMS Aura, 15% Chance to deal 50 bonus damage and stun for 0.5 second.
Level 2 - 15% IMS, 7% IMS Aura, 20% Chance to deal 100 bonus damage and stun for 1 second.
Level 3 - 20% IMS, 10% IMS Aura, 30% Chance to deal 175 bonus damage and stun for 1.5 second.
Framework:Like jahrakal's fervor aura.

You, like many others here should take a course in english. Bard Man won't hold it against you too much since this isn't too imba.
The first skill is too much. It could be your ult. Remove the massive slow and it will be ok.
Second skill fine.
Third skill imba. If you build this guy as a INT hero, he can keep everyone silenced around him. Fix it.
The Ultimate skill is something I actually like, but it's kinda imba. Power the bash chance and the MS boost and it'll ke good.
For a first timer with poor english, Bard Man thinks you did a good job. If you nerf this guy, he could be the next uber hero.

agreed, nice idea overall,but i would especially nerf the bash, people don't seem to realize how imba bashs r once they go over a 25% chance with a 1 sec stun, nerf to said amount. nice idea on cage, but yeh the 80% slow for 8 secs needs a nerf, just make it that they cannot escape like naga's net and reduce the dmg, i mean compare it to sven's 'storm bolt', it deals 250 dmg,2 secs stun nothing else for 140 mana, heck urs deals soo many added bonuses for just 20 more mana, and it definatly is not 'just like a normal purge' its heaps beta and its not even an ulti.
