Nakkara, the Power Lich.

She's telekinetic, so don't tell me she is a Kel'Thuzad wannabe.


Nakkara - The Power Lich

Long lived as a human on psychotic edge, Nakkara does not tolerate the use of her human name. Following the path of Nacharius the Abandoner, Lord of Darkness like many do who hunger for power, Nakkara can tap into the great power of material manipulation. Anchoring her soul to the physical realm by the body she owns, she is not like other liches. Her soul was ripped from her body, leaving a live being without a soul. After repossession of her body, Nakkara was undead and living at the same time. Her heart beats, but the soul remains dark. Some tie her incapability of mana and greater combat skills in contrast to other liches to her special state. Receiving words from the newly established deity of evil, Defilius, to protect the Frozen Throne, Nakkara seems more eager to destroy her enemies than to defend the Lich King. Still, she longs for the Abandoner to return and teach her the old ways of evil.

Eternal Love Pact (E)

Nacharius is the god that abandoned darkness in pursuit of knowledge, but his followers made a pact to love him. Nakkara brings this love from her painful history to make her a better fighter. If she is killed while under this buff, the killer is shocked for some time. Lasts 10 seconds. 10% movement speed bonus at all levels. Cooldown decreases per level.

Level 1 - Increases attack speed by %10, HP regeneration by 2. Attack damage by %15. Has a cooldown of 45 seconds. Unit who kills Nakkara are stunned for 3 seconds and being dealt 20 dps for the duration of the stun. Costs 100 mana.

Level 2 - Increases attack speed by %25, HP regeneration by 4. Attack damage by %20. Has a cooldown of 40 seconds. Unit who kills Nakkara are stunned for 4 seconds and being dealt 25 dps for the duration of the stun. Costs 130 mana.

Level 3 - Increases attack speed by %40, HP regeneration by 8. Attack damage by %25. Has a cooldown of 35 seconds. Unit who kills Nakkara are stunned for 5 seconds and being dealt 30 dps for the duration of the stun. Costs 150 mana.

Level 4 - Increases attack speed by %50, HP regeneration by 12. Attack damage by %30. Has a cooldown of 30 seconds. Unit who kills Nakkara are stunned for 6 seconds and being dealt 40 dps for the duration of the stun. Costs 175 mana.

This is like Lina's Ultimate, but more specialized. It is your castable combat booster and a very specialized stun.

Mana Cost: 100/130/150/175
Cooldown: 45/40/35/30
Framework: Status icon shows on Nakkara. She has a burning effect on her like Mogul Khan's Battle Hunger, but it is green.If she dies, a green skull is raised (Like when Abaddon, Anub'arak, Balanar and Kel'Thusad dies) and the effected unit has a Shadow strike and stun on it. Appears as one status icon.
Notes: This ability is when you are going for a kill or when you are being ganked. This works well with Bloodstone since it restores nearby allies so that they can kill your assailant while he is on the stun. Damage for if it is a red health kill they got, you kill them also. But they need to have like 200 HP left for it to beat HP regen and finish the job.

Kinetic Chaos (C)

Nakkara reaches to her telekinesi and unleashes a tremendous amount of power. Slams an enemy unit and tosses it around. The unit will take initial damage and extra damage for every unit inside an area of effect. Enemy units that enter the area will be damaged as well. Slows attack and movement speeds by %20 for 3 seconds at all levels. Channeling. Disables Eternal Love Pack when channeling. If channeling is interrupted by an external force, recieves 100 damage and a 225 range knockback. AOE cannot include the Power Lich or her illusions inside. 450 casting range.

Level 1 - 100 initial damage, +25 damage for every unit in an AOE of 150. Damages venturers by 50 HP. Lasts 0.5 seconds. Costs 150 mana.

Level 2 - 175 initial damage, +35 damage for every unit in an AOE of 200. Damages venturers by 75 HP. Lasts 1 seconds. Costs 180 mana.

Level 3 - 250 initial damage, +45 damage for every unit in an AOE of 250. Damages venturers by 100 HP. Lasts 1.5 seconds. Costs 220 mana.

Level 4 - 300 initial damage, +50 damage for every unit in an AOE of 300. Damages venturers by 125 HP. Lasts 2 seconds. Costs 250 mana.

A nuke, the only nuke to be exact. It is solid and good but high mana cost. So it's kinda not imba.

Mana Cost: 150/180/220/250
Cooldown: 25
Framework: The area of effect glows up with a green Unholy Aura rune. Nakkara has Death Coil hitting her effect for the duration and the unit swings everywhere within AOE. If a unit enters the area, a damage with exclamation text pops up. If the trespasser is an enemy (most likely creep) both will have the damage indicator. Knockback is the same as Barathrum's Greater Bash.
Notes: Looks imba, but it requires strategy to use. Early game, you cannot afford to lose the mana, and it does not have range to do actual damage. Devastating when cast with creeps near the enemy hero.

Satanism (N)

Being undead and worshipping the devils and demons of hell itself has hardened Nakkara. She has increased defense. Nearby units are also influenced by her hardened heart and nearby enemies are intimidated by her. Disables when Eternal Love Pact and Kinetic Chaos is activated. Her self bonus and her aura does not stack.

Level 1 - Increases armor by 3.5 and has an armor aura of 1. Decreases nearby enemy unit's armor by 0.5.

Level 2 - Increases armor by 4.5 and has an armor aura of 1.5. Decreases nearby enemy unit's armor by 1.

Level 3 - Increases armor by 5.7 and has an armor aura of 2. Decreases nearby enemy unit's armor by 1.5.

Level 4 - Increases armor by 8 and has an armor aura of 2.5. Decreases nearby enemy unit's armor by 2.

This is her aura. I was gonna give her dodge, but aura suits her better. Conceptually I mean.

Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: There is a pentagram rune under her. Status icon shows.
Notes: This skill, coupled up with Stygian Desolator and Assault Cuirass would define Nakkara. But deactivation means this cannot be used in tandem with other abilities. So you either have armor and give armor to allies, or you pump yourself up with Eternal Love Pact.

Ghost Of Nacharius (R)

Nakkara punishes the Abandoner for his absence by tempororaly summoning him to aid by her side. Lasts 12 seconds. Eternal Love Pact cannot be cast at this time. Nacharius heals Nakkara for the damage he inflicts. He can cast Nachariatic Blast(S) and has Telekinetic Mastery. Abilities grow stronger by the level. Nacharius is unaffected by Satanism aura. If Nacharius dies before he expires, automatically activates Eternal Love Pact.

Level 1 - Nacharius has 1000 HP, 450 range, 70-80 damage and same attack speed as Nakkara (item boosts don't count). Gains bonus attack points from Nakkara's agility boosting items. Telekinetic mastery allows 15% dodge, 15% of x2 crtical. Nachariatic Blast damages heroes and buildings by 100 HP and creeps by 250 HP in a radius of 400 AOE. Nachariatic blast ha charges, can be cast once with 0 sec cooldown. Heals Nakkara for %50 of the damage inflicted.

Level 2 - Nacharius has 1750 HP, 500 range, 85-90 damage and same attack speed as Nakkara (item boosts don't count). Gains bonus attack points from Nakkara's agility boosting items. Telekinetic mastery allows 30% dodge, 15% of x2 crtical. Nachariatic Blast damages heroes and buildings by 100 HP and creeps by 350 HP in a radius of 400 AOE. Nachariatic blast ha charges, can be cast twice with 0 sec cooldown. Heals Nakkara for %60 of the damage inflicted.

Level 3 - Nacharius has 2500 HP, 550 range, 90-100 damage and same attack speed as Nakkara (item boosts don't count). Gains bonus attack points from Nakkara's agility boosting items. Telekinetic mastery allows 45% dodge, 15% of x2 crtical. Nachariatic Blast damages heroes and buildings by 100 HP and creeps by 600 HP in a radius of 400. Nachariatic blast has charges, can be cast three times with 0 sec cooldown. Heals Nakkara for %65 of the damage inflicted.

Ulti, summons Nacharius. She misses her when he is gone before his time Very Happy Very good finishing, healing, hunting spell.

Cooldown: 120
Framework: Nacharius is summoned by Nakkara's side like Terrorblade summons his images. Nacharius model is Lich painted black (Like Nevermore is Fire Lord painted black) and has voice models of Illidan in demon form. He fires missles like Harbinger's black missles. Nachariatic Blast is like shadow raze cast at the same time to cover up that much area. (Multiple Shadowraze's like Rhasta's multiple Serpent Wards) Nachariatic blast icon is Death Coil icon and has the remaining charges written on it. Telekinetic mastery icon is the same as Gondar's Jinada icon. Does not show status icon.
Notes: Use it when you need it, when you are being ganked, to escape, to kill a hero while healing, it is up to you. If micromanaged, can be useful.

Strategy:
Nakkara is a strange hero. She can turn from solo to a team player. Her Eternal Love Pact allows your allies to finish off the job and Bloodstone helps them do this. Satanism and Assault Cuirass will be a treasure when you are attempting one lane team push. Ghost of Nacharius is very useful when pushing as he can destroy creep waves by the second. Does minor damage on heroes though. Again, when he is killed (which means you are being ganked if a summoned unit dies before 15 seconds) he helps a great deal because you do not have to cast Eternal Love Pact, he does it for you. When you want her solo, you can abuse her Kinetic Chaos and Eternal Love Pact but Ghost of Nacharius won't healp you defeat an enemy hero on 1v1. Maybe when chasing.

Balance Issues:
There are some balance issues. I am new so I am power frenzy. Here is what I did for balance.

-Good starting skills but poor increase.
-Somewhat low attack speed to begin with.
-Can't combo abilities, but each one is very strong.
-Low attack damage compared to other heroes to balance it out with her nuke.
-High mana cost and low intelligence increase to keep her from abusing her abilities early game.

Model:
Nakkara would be a floating hero, she is a Lich after all. She would be like a black straight haired Enchanter in the Lich's dress. Her attack would be green lasers. (She is a concept hero after all) I will have to request model if I ever hope to get it done Very Happy

Pros:
-Good damaging hero.
-Has armor aura to help with low HP agility start.
-Has high beginning stats for str and int.
-Abusable ulti.
-Team player.
-Avenges death when used correctly.
-Very strong abilities
-Cool Very Happy

Cons:
-Uses up too much mana and not enough intelligence to back it up.
-No early game nukes. Kinetic Chaos won't do too much damage and harrasing with that much mana means depletition.
-No actual stuns.
-Low HP.
-Long cooldown and short duration on ulti.
-High mana usage means cannot combo efficiently with spells before late game.
-One skill disables other so disables the stacking of abilities (for balance issues most obviously)
-Requires a lot of sacrifice to be a team player. (Dying to activate Eternal Love Pact and Bloodstone)

erm wtf? make ur own hero, not post in sum1 else's, now anytime sum1 wants to chek this one out, they c ur stupid comment. Even if ur's is a joke, which it has to be, u shud at least make it in ur own hero idea. if u don't know how to make one, ask one of the mods, or ask how in a current hero idea. Honestly if this was my hero idea, i wud be pissed that sum1 posted their own lame hero in mine.
