Hello folks...Happy Work Week once again...

Last friday, we've encountered some strange things while playing dotA 6.36b...

Clain (a DS member) and i was playing a two on 1 match...he controlled Rhasta while i used Razzil Darkbrew...

as i was pounding one of his towers...i noticed Rhasta sneaking a ward behind Razzil and i accidentally activated Razzil's Chemical Rage skill, then suddenly Rhasta used shackles on Razzil but still, i managed to make my hero escape...by making it run away eventhough it is still shackled...(my items were only p.treads, aegis, sange, yasha, mekansm, perseverance)

can Razzil's Chemical Rage really negate shackles' effect?

Then we played a 3 on 5(AI's) match...i was using Barathrum(lvl 16+, i think)...with half his life still intact then i met Traxex(lvl around 21 - AI) followed by Rexxar(AI)...i just can't believe what occured (but it did happen) with just one shot of Frozen Arrow, Barathrum was slain...

The AI Traxex i think only had P.treads, crystalis and some bracers(?)...can't remember the other items...

is Traxex's Marksmanship really that powerful? or was it because of the level gap...items or just a bug?

Hmmm..

About that shackle thing.. I saw that happen too. Rhasta was fighting N'aix in avatar mode. When the duration was over, Rhasta immediately shackled N'aix but he managed to run off with the shackle still on.

*shrug*
Might be a bug on shackles. Maybe it wont work during the transition phase of a "transformation" spell. (Right when you activate a spell and after the spell duration)

About the marksmanship thing.. AI maps usually have bugs. You're not the only one who experienced one-hit kill from Traxex.
Hahahaha!
It would be nice if it happened in a real game..

hmmm...

so i'm not the only one...my case with rhasta occured also a lot of times back, i was then using sandking(from 6.29, i think, one on one match with a friend) after the avatar effect seized, thought i'd be dead because my opponent shackled me near his tower...yet that thing happened, my scorpion walked away eventhough the avatar was off...

again with traxex...that was my only case...
hate to admit it but sometimes...being killed by an AI helplessly...hurts my pride... Sad

(its better to be overkilled by another player)... Surprised

Notice how all the shackle incidents happen before or after the hero transforms? [Chemical rage and avatar]

Maybe Icefrog needs to fix that..

Yes i think so...it seems to occur in many dotA maps...go Yuki...ring some bells to ice frog...we'll support you...(i)... Smile
