hmm gj, i personally didn't c the need for nerfing the arrow, look at morphs shot spell, deals like 400+ dmg late game, but piss early game like urs.
but anyway, the new skill cud be buffed a bit, maybe 5/6/8/10% 2 sec root 40/sec? in other words it will deal like 80 bonus dmg and disable for 2 secs, but 10% is like the chance for a maim, so its ok. i wud make it stop channeling at the least. NICE overall !!!

depends, icefrog like with puck, was trying to fill a particular skin, so i duno, maybe if the nightelf archer skin came up in a hero contest u might hav chance. (no expert on how they do it, not a member, but hey only one way of finding out, i.e. trying).
