Akama is the leader of the Draenei serving under Illidan Stormrage. He is also the warden of Maiev, who was imprisoned in Outland. Akama serves under the ministry of Kael, Lady Vashj and Illidan. He is a powerful and smart Draenei. Even though Illidan despises the Frozen Throne, he let Akama join the Scourge since Illidan also hates the Night Elves. Now, Akama's powers are let loose upon the Sentinels, feeling every bit of it as he cuts down the World Tree.

Ray of Unsurges(R)
Conjures a jet of negative energy that slows down a target enemy's movespeed for 4 seconds. The beam bounces, slowing enemies that got hit for the same duration. Each bounce slows less.
LVL 1:15% slow to primary target, each bounce decreases slow by 5%, can bounce up to 4 units
LVL 2:20% slow to primary target, each bounce decreases slow by 4%, can bounce up to 5 units
LVL 3:25% slow to primary target, each bounce decreases slow by 3%, can bounce up to 6 units
LVL 4:30% slow to primary target, each bounce decreases slow by 2%, can bounce up to 7 units
Cooldown:30 seconds
Manacost:125/140/165/180
Framework:Like Healing wave art, but color blue
Notes:A great way to start a combo. For example, you targeted a unit with this, 30% slow to the primary, 2% decrease each bounce, meaning 30%-2=28% slow to the next unit.

Unholy Presence(PASSIVE)
Akama's presence can already lessen the survivability of his foes. Units near Akama will have reduced regeneration rate. 500 AoE.

LVL 3:-3.0 hp/sec regen rate
LVL 4:-4.0 hp/sec regen rate

Excursion(E)
Akama afflicts a target enemy unit with a terrible curse. An afflicted unit will have a reduced attack damage and reduced attack speed for 4 seconds. If this spell is casted a number of times on the same unit, the other effect will be gone and the unit will be stunned. The decrease effect doens't stack.
LVL 1:Reduces 25 damage, 9% decrease in attack speed. If casted 8 times on the unit, will stun it for 1.50 seconds
LVL 2:Reduces 35 damage, 12% decrease in attack speed. If casted 7 times on the unit, will stun it for 1.80 seconds
LVL 3:Reduces 45 damage, 15% decrease in attack speed. If casted 6 times on the unit, will stun it for 2.10 seconds
LVL 4:Reduces 65 damage, 18% decrease in attack speed. If casted 6 times on the unit, will stun it for 2.35 seconds
Cooldown:2 seconds
Manacost:70/80/90/100
Framework:Like Balanar's Crippling Fear art. Status icon appears on status bar.
Notes:A great skill to start some combos(the stunner only)

Spirit Shatter(I)
Akama completely shatters the spirit of a target enemy. Will deal damage. If the enemy has no nearby allies, this spell will deal the maximum damage. If the enemy has nearby allies, damage will decrease for every nearby ally the eneny has(-25 damage=1 ally, -50 damage=1 ally hero). If enemy has your allies near him, this spell's damage will be boosted(+15 damage=1 ally, +30 damage=1 ally hero). Has a ministun.
LVL 1:Deals 420 damage
LVL 2:Deals 645 damage
LVL 3:Deals 855 damage
Cooldown:160/100/55 seconds
Manacost:295/410/585
Framework:A blue Finger of Death.
Notes:It can deal it's maximum power if the enemy has no nearby allies and you have as many allies you can get. This will work well with Chen and his creep army.

nice, needs sum buffs imo.
1) first skill wud be nice if the spell cud bounce more than once on a single hero, i.e making it really good lik frost nove on only 2 heroes (with staking slowing effects)
2)unholy aura shud hav a larger area to be effective, e.g. 1000 like dirges. 225 will not make it past ur own creeps. i wud maybe buff it jst a bit, like 4-5 hp/s or so (dirge deals 1%, thats like 4hp off a 400 hp hero and we all know every hero starts of with more hp then that).
3)do the slows stak up with each cast? seems fine atm.
4)ult deals less than lions ult, maybe make it work both ways, deals minus dmg for every ally around and bonus mg for every enemy around.
my thoughts so far, nice hero, not imba imo.
