The Mana regen, the Stats, and the Magic reduction is ok...but wtf is the frickin HP Regen?!!! Yurnero's Healing ward does a max of 4% healing and that's pretty fast..its ok, but i don't see anything special about this item...mebbe allowing u to summon Treants from trees can be a good addition...
