Whats up with new item that replenishes mana?

first of all wtf? this item is way to good! i mean for example (this is a good strat so give credit to me Smile

)tinker with this item, refresher and ulti will=infinit missiles. u missile use mana replenish use ulti use missiles use mana replenish use refresher..........rince and repeat! Plz guys i need lots of comment on this conna take ice-frog on about this Smile

Too bad refresher cannot be refreshed by rearm.

Icefrog should make the Arcane Ring be like refresher orb, cannot be rearmed.

Yeah, all the description says is that the active ability is "revitalize mana" how much does it replenish that every1 thinks its imba?

The ring's activation costs 25 mana, and you replenish 135 mana, so you actually get 110 mana if you're the one casting it. Not sure about how wide the AoE is, but when you have teammates around, they get a bigger mana boost. As for my experience, it wasn't really imbalanced. I mean, the cooldown is pretty long, like 20 secs or so, and most important spells cost 120 to 150 mana, so that means you really can't have near infinite mana if you use your spells often, since they have a lesser cooldown than the ring.

What if in 5on5, all of your teammates have Arcane ring, including yourself? All of you are on the same lane, and one of your teammates is KotL? Perma-mana!? Oh god..
