Staff of Elements - 4975

A staff which was stored in the land of Arcadia for a thousand years. The one who possesses this staff shall control the natural and destructive elements of the world.

Requirements:
1.) Oblivion Staff
2.) Energy Booster
3.) Quarterstaff
4.) Void Stone

Effects:
+ 150% Mana Regeneration
+ 6 Intelligence
+ 15 Damage
+ 20% Attack Speed
+ 250 Mana
+ Active: Random Element
Casts a random effect on the enemy and deals damage.

1.) Fire - Deals 30 DPS and 20% slow on the enemy.
Lasts for 7.5 Seconds
(Framework - Ogre Magi's Ignite)

2.) Water - Deals 210 damage and reduces the movement speed by 40% and 4 armor of the enemy unit.
Lasts for 4 Seconds
(Framework - Tidehunter's Gush)

3.) Aero - Deals 50 DPS and casted Cyclone (600 Range).
Lasts for 5 Seconds
(Framework - Eul's Scepter's Cyclone)

4.) Earth - Deals 225 Damage and stuns 1.5 Second Stun.
The ground cuts in half when this is chosen (1000 Range).
Lasts for 8 Seconds
(Framework - Earthshaker's Fissure)

5.) Lightning - Deals 275 Damage to the enemy target.
(Framework - Zues's Lightning Bolt)

6.) Wood or Grass - Prevents enemies of 700 range from moving or attacking and deals 75 damage per second to the chosen enemy (700 Range).
Lasts for 3 Seconds
(Framework - Treant Protector's Overgrowth)

7.) Ice - Blasts enemy units around a target enemy unit with a wave of damaging frost that slows movement and attack rates. Units within 300 AoE of the main target will take the nova damage and will be slowed. Deals 125 target damage and 125 Nova damage.
Lasts for 4 Seconds
(Framework - Frost Nova)

8.) Poison - Deals 50 DPS and slows the enemy's movement speed by 30%.
Lasts for 5 Seconds
(Framework - Shadow Strike or Viper Strike)

All 185 Mana Cost and 45 Second Cooldown

Guinsoo Scythe of Vyse is still much preferrable than this, and Guinsoo costs lower.

Who would bother making this and expecting random skills.. while spending that much.. skill cooldown is long, mana cost is just ok..

Dude, I wrote natural AND destructive elements in the world..
The only destructive element is poison, but I'm thinking it is not enough.
Could any of you guys think of anymore destructive elements??
