Steadfast

Steadfast was made for a halfling outrider named Lunari Suncaster, who patrolled the woodlands and hills where her clan had settled. Lunari remained vigilant against goblin incursions and the possibility of something worse invading her clan’s lands. Fortunately, the job was largely uneventful, allowing the halfling horsewoman to spend most of her afternoons leisurely fishing or swimming. On one such occasion, after swimming to the middle of a lake, Lunari spotted four gnolls waiting to ambush her on the other side. She knew if she turned around and quickly swam back, she might reach her gear and warpony before they circled the lake. The moment she started, however, the monsters revealed themselves and began running. It was close, but Lunari made
it ashore before the gnolls got the advantage. Without wasting a second, she vaulted into her warpony’s saddle and charged her attackers, brandishing the scimitar that came to be known as Steadfast above her head.

Requires:
Claymore-1400
2x Stout Shield-600
Peservarence-1750(i think)
Steadfast Recipe-750
TOTAL-4500

Gives
40% chance to block 60 damage
+28 damage
+100% Mana Regeneration
+4 HP/Sec Regeneration
Rooted:Gives 15% chancee to avoid being stunned or any other paralyzing attack/spell
Slow:Gives a 10% chance on hit to slow targets ms by 15%(not stackable).

uhmm...

i think this is a well balanced item.. too balanced i mean..

there's regen for life and mana..
there's a passive block
there's added damage
there's slow
plus a chance to dodge a spell..

cool!!

i think there should at least be a recipe, since this item does give a lot.. maybe a scroll of 750 would do..
