A rod constructed by Hades was said to collect the souls of the slain.

Sobi Mask 325
Robe of the Magi 450
QuarterStaff 1150 (oblivion staff)
Broadsword 1200
Staff of Wizardry 1000
Recipe 750
Total cost : 4875

Gives
75% increased mana regen
20 int
20% increased attack speed
Assimilation (passive) : Each time you kill a hero, you steal 2 of that person's main stats. It is collected onto this item.

NB: This item drops upon death. Cannot be sold, or destroyed, or dropped intentionally.

great item.. just too much hassle with the requirements, i mean, i can't rush building this item, since i need either a courier or i need to drop all of my items, in order to build this.

good idea, but i think with all the int items u have there ur mana regen will be more than 75%

I say, doesn't drop, and steals one of your primary stat. And its pretty cool, maybe increase the recipe a bit.

its meant to get stronger as the game progresses on. When the wielder dies, someone picks it up etc..

ill make it, if an ally dies and drops it, u cant pick it up!!
