Its core mid game item for chasers and offensive heros

Recipe:

Crystalys
Sange
blades of attack

recipe 700

stats +15 str
+25 dmg
15% attack speed

5% chance on hit to do a mini rupture (say 30% of distance for 3 seconds)

really good on bounty hunter, sa, blood seeker, sven, nightstalker, and heros like that

This is kind of funny you decrease the str. isn't it suppose to be 16? you pretty much got a worse item from the recipe.
