A powerful magical boot that blesses the user with the ability to feel as if he is flying.

Items required:

Boots of Travel (2700)
Power Treads (1850)
Recipe cost (2000)

Does not stack with Boots of Speed, Power Treads or Boots of Travel and itself.

Increases ms by 90
Increases atk speed by 40%
Attribute bonus + 10

Active: Flight (if casted on allied hero, gives an ally hero or yourself max movespeed for 4 seconds, cooldown of 20 seconds) (If casted on building/allied creep, teleports to building or allied creep, cooldown of 45 seconds)

When an active spell is in cooldown, you cannot cast the other active spell (so if I cast flight on a building I have to wait for the 45 secs cooldown before I can use flight on myself).

This item is meant as a luxury item for those who have nothing to spend their gold on. I made the recipe cost extremely high to deter users from getting this early on.

Hope that clears up the unbalancedness

Escaping is to easy with 522 ms, EACH 15 seconds ?..

I dont think its worth it.
You could buy:
BoT for the teleportation
Lothar's Edge for the wind walk
And a lot of things for the IAS

And each of those items would you give you something else.
Dude, how are you gonna be able to use two active skills? Right click and Left click. Thats weird.

id rather not upgrade it to buts of flight since travel is meant to teleport at home and not to walk really fast. sorry dude
