Suji, the great troll leader before they joined the orcs, left his staff behind when he was captured by the sea witch. It holds untold power...

REQ: maelstrom(3410), mystic staff(2800), recipe(1000)

The bearer recieves a portion of Suji's soul, granting him great spell casting power and one of Suji's most feared spells combined with the power he recieved from his grave...

GIVES: + 10 agility, + 35 dmg, + 30 int, + 200% mana regen
ACTIVATE: Storm of Two elements: Water and Lightning combine to repeatedly electrocute a target enemy.
Deals 250 initial dmg and 50 dmg per sec for 4 seconds.
dmg per sec stuns hero for 0.50 sec while being shocked.
costs 450 mana, cooldown = 120 secs

*cry* ok... remove mana regen, remove some damage, lower mana cost of the active to maybe 250-300, lower the shock on the active to 0.25 or 0.4 because that bogus thing is essentially a 4 second stun.

item is just fine..

every second stun is great, its not imba, and the gives are fine, since that item costs more than 7K..

question? where did the passive chain lightning from maelstrom go? did it become the active spell??

What about the agility? Maelstorm itself gives more than 25 agility right? So by using the item, you get cheated out of a good attks and armor boost.

i think the MP cost is really huge, even 30 INT does not give that much
