Primary: STR
Str: 22 + 2.5 | Agi: 19 + 2.2 | Int: 14 + 1.6
Damage: 45 – 49 | HP: 568 | Mana: 182
HP Regen: 0.85 | Mana Regen: 0.57
Attack Speed: 1.33 | Armor: 3

Blade Cutter
Razorfane shoots out a blade that cuts all it makes contact with in a line.
Level 1 - 75 damage, 600 range
Level 2 - 150 damage, 650 range
Level 3 - 225 damage, 700 range
Level 4 - 300 damage, 750 range
80/90/100/110 mana
cooldown: 10 seconds

Revolve
Razorfane Spins his blades outwards for a short time, dealing damage to nearby units. Razorfane is unable to move during this skill but is immune to spells. Lasts 3 seconds
Level 1 - 50 damage/second
Level 2 - 100 damage/second
Level 3 - 150 damage/second
Level 4 - 200 damage/second
125 mana
15 seconds

Blade Trap
Razorfane places a stationary mystical blade in his location, dealing minor damage and stunning the first enemy unit that touches it. Trap lasts 15 seconds.
Level 1 - 50 damage, stun lasts 0.5 seconds
Level 2 - 50 damage, stun lasts 1 second
Level 3 - 50 damage, stun lasts 1.5 seconds
Level 4 - 50 damage, stun lasts 2 seconds
50/75/100/125 mana
15 seconds

Upgrade
A mysterious power flows through Razorfane, increasing his power greatly.
Level 1 -
Blade cutter's damage is increased by 50.

Able to move half his movespeed during Revolve

Blade Trap's damage increases to 75 and every level of stun is increased by 0.5

Level 2 -
Blade cutter's range and damage is increased by 50.

Able to move 3/4 his movespeed during Revolve

Blade Trap's damage increases to 100 and every level of stun is increased by 0.75

Level 3 -
Blade cutter's range and damage is increased by 50. Deals pure damage

Able to move at regular speed during revolve

Blade Trap's damage increases to 125 and every level of stun is increased by 1.

Finally made a hero for myself, tried to balance it but the ulti might have some issues.

Story maker
Razorfane write a story then throw it to enemies make it read. The target can move but can't attack or casting spell.
Level 1 - 4 sec casting time, 5 sec duration
Level 2 - 3 sec casting time, 6 sec duration
Level 3 - 2 sec casting time, 7 sec duration
Level 4 - 1 sec casting time 8 sec duration
Manacost: 100
Cooldown: 20

Good hero you had, but too much nuke for str hero IMO.

earth shaker is designed differently though.
he has 2 nukes a passive and a combat booster.

you may have applied to much balance.

i never realized it just now..

so you've gotten your name from Razorfane of the Unholy War huh?? hehe, his my favorite character in that game, but twas a long time ago..


anyway, your hero is:

1st skill:
Blade Cutter? 300 damage? ok, 750 range? ok, mana cost of 110? nope, too low. 10 second cooldown, too fast..
what's more?
it deals pure damage to all affected units..
i mean its accepted with that low mana cost and low cooldown and pure damage if it just hits one target..
but if it deals that much to all? no way..

2nd skill:
Revolve? ok like Blade Fury, so i don't like it.. plus it has low cooldown.. naahh..

3rd skill:
Blade that stuns? its ok if its visible, but if its invisible and it stuns that much with low cooldown.. then naaaaahh..

4th skill:
upgrade??
you could have done better.

my opinion..

do you know that there is a hidden character in Unholy War which is the super version of Razorfane? i don't know his name, but you could get his skills..

Yes, that character's Beta Razorfane a mega imba version of the regular. He's what I based the ulti on. Anyway, I may remake him soon.
