The former Arch-Mage of Pyromancy was a volatile woman named Shaftile Sabrese Pyreslake. After her disappearance and believed death, her twin brother, Versaisna Lucair -- also known as the Ash-Maker, claimed the Arch-Mage's seat. Until the Ash-Maker took over, School of Pyromancy was located in the Lasair Bán, a.k.a. "The Dome". Pyromancers wear armbands on their left bicep, of a color corresponding to their rank, whenever they are outside the confines of Greystone. Hence, red for red, orange for orange, etc. Any Pyromancer caught walking outside the Dome without his or her armband is "severely punished", or so goes the rumor. So far no one has done it.
Fireballs (F)
Pyromancer hit random enemies with fireball.
Level 1 - deals 50 damage and 10 fire damage for 10 sec
Level 2 - deals 100 damage and 10 fire damage for 10 sec
Level 3 - deals 150 damage and 10 fire damage for 10 sec
Level 4 - deals 200 damage and 10 fire damage for 10 sec
Mana Cost: 90/120/150/180
Cooldown: 15
Framework: like fireball
Fire of Power (P)
Pyromancer cast fire of power to all allies in 200 range giving them bonus damage and bonus armor for 10 seconds.
Level 1 - 5% bonus damage and 2 armor
Level 2 - 10% bonus damage and 3 armor
Level 3 - 15% bonus damage and 4 armor
Level 4 - 20% bonus damage and 5 armor
Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80
Cooldown: 15
Framework: like inner fire
Fire Stuff (S)
Pyromancers fire stuff gives him a chance that his attack will explode and deals bonus damage.
Level 1 - 10% chance that attack deals 20 explode damage
Level 2 - 15% chance that attack deals 30 explode damage
Level 3 - 20% chance that attack deals 40 explode damage
Level 4 - 25% chance that attack deals 50 explode damage
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: when hit enemy you see small explosion.
Fire Elements (E)
Pyromancer create fire elements.
Level 1 - Summons 1 fire element with 60-65 damage 3 armor and 700 HP.but takes 25% extra damage When element is killed he explode and deasl 150 damage to all enemy units in 200 range.
Level 2 - Summons 2 fire elements with 60-65 damage, 5 armor, 900 HP and have 10% chance to deal 2x critical strike. but takes 30% extra damage When elements is killed he explode and deasl 200 damage to all enemy units in 200 range.
Level 3 - Summons 3 fire elements with 60-65 damage, 7 armor, 1200 HP and have 10% chance to deal 2x critical strike and 15% dodge.but takes 35% extra damage When element is killed he explode and deasl 250 damage to all enemy units in 200 range.
Mana Cost: 200/250/300
Cooldown: 70

I want him to look like human mage but black.
changes & fixes
1. i fix stats
2. first skill is now 1 fireball not 3-4 and have 10 fire damage for 10 sec
3. in second skill i fix cooldonw and time of skill
4. ulti elements now take 25%/30%/35% extra damage have 60 - 65 damage in all lvls and when explode they deal damage in 200 range.

read the stat gain per level, yours is too low..
1st skill is fine, as long as those 4 fire balls won't hit a single target if he is alone, coz that will deal 800 damage.. but if not, this skill is weak.. so i'd say change its damage or change the skill mechanism itself
2nd skill no way.. buff to all allies for 30 seconds with 33 seconds cooldown? that's like ARES REBORN..
ultimate is whack, imba, too strong, change it

Let fire elements take 27% 32% 37% extra dmg per lvl and on exploding full dmg in 350 AoE and half the dmg from 351 to 750 AoE. That shud nerf it down while keeping it effective.

stats: only a 5.3 stat gain?
1st: normal nuke
2nd: WAY cheap, pretty much, 20% more dmg to nearby allies for 10 sec every 15 secs, thus only a downtime of 5 sec before you cast again, WOW
3rd: based on statistical anaylsis, thats an average of 2, 4.5, 8, and 12.5 explosion dmg every hit. NEGLIGIBLE ALL GAME, might as well get stats, 2, 4, 6, 8 guaranteed dmg as well as an increase in life, mana, armor, hp/mana regen, and attackspeed.
ulti: those summons are a bit strong... plus theres 3 of them
OVERALL: the only synergy i see is his imba buff on his summons, not that good of a hero idea, pyromancers are overused =\
