Well, I like it... We are sure not to see it on every int hero or nuker anymore... Man it was overused...
But still, it IS nerfed badly, only if you REALLY know how to save money can you buy it now (in time of course, farming is like a race or something)...

My Techies guide has been turned upside down. Do any of you remember how pissed I was when all Icefrog did was make Guinsoo and Eul's share cooldowns and throw in Orchid? Now look what hes done!! And yes, its really hard to rush like I have been saying to do previously.

But its a better item for certain disabling heroes. Like Bane. Tankiness on Bane plus disable and Int... sounds like Necro minions again.

i think the new one is change for INT heroes and the maker decide to people more often using INT heroes,it's become more expensive but give the +10 agi & str to the INT heroes ,so they recived more HP and ASP & armore
