My initial thoughts are that you have enough money to buy the most expensive ONE item...I think that the most expensive single itme is Mithril Hammer at 1600? So raise the bar to the cost of the most expansive SINGLE item.

I think I'd either go with a stout shield and save for buyback or if I had to give it all up, I would go with the mhammer.
