25 secs is too long. but then again, if it was too short, everyone would be buying it. And guess what, next thing you know, in a 5v5 game, everyone's in the lake.

25 seconds is way too long... pls. decreae the cooldown..nc item you will go to the river get some water and regen health that's great.. right is... 5 seconds i think..@rllian that's funny everyones in the lake...
