Description:
A ring known for granting protection and health, was stolen from the unknown forest spirits, the Diwata. The Santelmo were the culprits,wisps enchanted with fire, amazed of the ring's power. However, they were not contented. They blessed it with their own flames, and the ring blazed with a new power. The ring that used to protect, now, harasses and engulfs opponents in flames.

Grants:
+3 hp regen per second
+80% enhanced mana regen
+20% spell resistance
+500 hit points and mana
+4 armor aura [passive]

***Elmo's Enchantment:
Manacost:150
Cooldown: 40 seconds

---Deals 150 damage to a single target and splashes a 40 damage per second flame to the target and enemy units in a 400 AoE around the target, and lasts 5 seconds. Units affected by Elmo's Enchantment can't be affected by the same spell in another 40 seconds.
