HP Regen: 0.79 | Mana Regen: 0.61
Attack Speed: 1.75 | Armor: 1


It's night... aren't you scared? Haven't you heard? Beasts are howling, fowls are crying, something terrible must be happening. I see, there he is again, hunting for flesh, sucking blood out of helpless victims. Now, are you scared? Of whom? Ahs-hwang is the name. He joined the Scourge to battle the Holy Forces, which he thinks are just food ready to be served.



Suck Blood (B)
Sucks the blood out of a target enemy for a short period. Lasts 3 seconds for all levels. Chanelling.
Level 1 - 30 damage per second
Level 2 - 60 damage per second
Level 3 - 80 damage per second
Level 4 - 100 damage per second
Mana Cost: 75/100/120/140
Cooldown: 15/20/20/25
Framework: looks like Pudge's ultimate...
Notes: nuke and anti-escape skill.., however u cant spam it, it has a pretty long cooldown..


Toxic Fluids ()
Decreases armor and decreases atkspd of enemies affected by Suck Blood for 8 seconds at all levels.
Level 1 - -1 armor, 15% atkspd
Level 2 - -2 armor, 20% atkspd
Level 3 - -3 armor, 25% atkspd
Level 4 - -4 armor, 30% atkspd
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: ------------
Notes: slow effect and bonus damage.?? wow..


Flesh Hunt (F)
Targets a single enemy unit and increases movespeed for chasing. Deals bonus damage upon contact.
Level 1 - +50 movespeed, 50 bonus atk damage
Level 2 - +75 movespeed, 100 bonus atk damage
Level 3 - +100 movespeed, 150 bonus atk damage
Level 4 - +125 movespeed, 200 bonus atk damage
Mana Cost: 75/100/125/150
Cooldown: 20
Framework: Howls then charges an enemy then strikes it.
Notes: good for chasing..


Nocturnal Boost ()
Increases atkspeed and skill damage at night. Adds 100/125/150 manacost for SB and 75/100/125 to FH.
Level 1 - +15% atkspd, plus 50 damage per second to Suck Blood & 50 damage to Flesh Hunt
Level 2 - +25% atkspd, plus 75 damage per second to Suck Blood & 100 damage to Flesh Hunt
Level 3 - +35% atkspd, plus 100 damage per second to Suck Blood & 150 damage to Flesh Hunt
Level 4 - N/A

Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: ---------

Way to imba...
You need to rework allmost all skills i think..
To much MS bonus, and maim 40% ??
Thats way yo much!!
Suck blood is like a ulti,,
Take a look at Terrorblades Soul steal..

dude
the suck blood gets wayyyyy to strong plz look at my guys too
otherwise i think he would be good. take off the maim as well he will get close to people wit the flesh hunt.

This looks much better now
Pretty balanced, and lokks like great synergy with skills..
But could it be a idea to set the ulti only to work at day?
That was it wont be a rippoff from Nightstalker's ulti..
Nice hero idea though

At night with a level 3 ulti, this agi hero would pop out 950 damage for 290 mana--then lay into them with his 65% ASPD difference and +35 damage.

I'm not sure about that.

About Toxic Fluids...

You need to clarify the fact that it gives Ahs-hwang bonus damage, not the victim (the phrasing you used is ambiguous).

I think it should also reduce the victim's armor, not give Ahs-hwang direct bonus damage. This is more logical (in regards to injecting someone with toxic fluids) and means that Ahs-hwang does not gain bonus damage against heroes unaffected by suck blood.
