(Name taken from the manga Bleach)

Targeted: Grants vision of an enemy hero for 60 seconds. 90 second cooldown. 650 Cast Range.

Requires:
Sentry Wards (200)
Sentry Wards (200)
Hell Butterfly Scroll (250)

Hell Butterfly comes with 3 charges. Instead of making the recipe again, as long as a hero has Hell Butterfly in his inventory, the recipe scroll can be bought again to add 2 charges.
Hell Butterfly's effect is dispelled when the hero returns to his fountain

Uses:
Keeping track of the hero that you're laning against. Also a safe alternative to Gem of True Sight against annoying invisible heroes.

I put the dispel-at-fountain effect to make it less cheap, otherwise it would ruin many ww-ers and Rikimaru.
