Hemoras is known for having his targets bleed. He is mostly famous for his way of executing his victims - makes them bleed to death by slashing open arteries and blood vessels that carry the life of his victims. He is famous for his talent that not only dries the victim of blood, but of life as well.


STR: 19 + 1.7
AGI: 23 + 3.0
INT: 17 + 1.5

HP: 511 Mana: 221
Movement Speed: 300
Attack Cooldown: 1.2
Damage: 50 - 54
Armor: 3


Kick
Hemoras performs a kick that stirs up the opponent. Does minor damage and slows the opponent for 4 seconds. Done only at melee range.

Level 1 – Deals 30 Damage, slows for 30%
Level 2 – Deals 60 Damage, slows for 35%
Level 3 – Deals 90 Damage, slows for 45%
Level 4 – Deals 110 Damage, slows for 55%

Cooldown: 6 seconds
Manacost: 50/55/60/70


Burst Strike
Hemoras performs quick strikes that opens several wounds. Done at meele range.

Level 1 – Deals 100 Damage, opens 3 wounds
Level 2 – Deals 175 Damage, opens 4 wounds
Level 3 – Deals 225 Damage, opens 5 wounds
Level 4 – Deals 300 Damage, opens 6 wounds


Cooldown: 12 seconds
Manacost: 90/110/130/150


Vessel Slice
Hemoras intentionally targets major blood vessels to slash open during his attacks. Affected units lose HP(not damage) equal to their regeneration rate. Every unit loses more life for each of their wounds. Affected units don’t regenerate while under the effect of this skill. A limit of 11 wounds. HP lost per second from this skill is limited to 100. Each wound wears off individually. Lasts 5 seconds.

Level 1 – Each wound causes 1 more HP loss per second
Level 2 – Each wound causes 2 more HP loss per second
Level 3 – Each wound causes 3 more HP loss per second
Level 4 – Each wound causes 4 more HP loss per second

Passive

Panic Beat
Hemoras causes the opponent’s heart to beat incredibly fast, causing them to bleed more and extends the period of bleeding. Increases the limit of HP lost per second by 100%. Lasts 10 secs.

Level 1 – 1.75x the bleed, extends bleeding for 2 seconds
Level 2 – 2.0x times the bleed, extends bleeding by 5 seconds
Level 3 – 2.3x times the bleed, extends bleeding by 7 seconds

Mana Cost: 150
Cooldown: 25

I'll explain...

3rd skill:
It means that every time he attacks, he opens a wound. That wound will cause the attacked unit to lose HP per second plus more HP loss for every wound. HP loss per second is limited to 100.

4th skill:
Means that it doubles the limit, making it 200 HP loss per second. Another thing, it prolongs the duration of wounds and increases the damage taken.

Have no ideas to this hero, but he could have bigger str-gain, since he seems little weak in early-game..
