One of the traytors of Cephiro also a pupil of the highest ranked magician in Cephiro Master Mage Clef, Alcyone. Trained by Clef she learned to control the element of ice. Until she used her magic to cause destruction in Cephiro and joind Zagato. The time she failed to defeat the Magic Knights, Zagato sent her to unknown place the World of Warcraft(hahaha). There she was invited by the Lich King to join the Scourge and promised to train her her magics until she can go back to Cephiro and defeat the Magic Knights. She completely controls the element of Ice. Lich King was surprised to see that she can pawn Kel'Thruzad. Alcyone became one of the high ranked magician in the Scourge. The power of her blade-like ice spells she slices her foes into halves and turning their flesh to hard ice. And the power to teleport faster the the speed of light in desperate times. Alcyone promised to come back when she have the enough power to teleport back to Cephiro and defeat the Magic Knights.

Skills
Icicle Onslaught (I)
Blasts numerous ice blades to tartet enemy and slowing movement speed.
Level 1 - Chance to combo 1-3 times, 20 damage each shot and -5% movement speed for 2 seconds.
Level 2 - Chance to combo 1-5 times, 30 damage each shot and -10% movement speed for 2 seconds..
Level 3 - Chance to combo 1-8 times, 30 damage each shot and -15% movement speed for 2 seconds.
Level 4 - Chance to combo 1-10 times, 40 damage each shot and -20% movement speed for 2 seconds.
Mana Cost: 75/ 90/100/115
Cooldown: 30
Framework: Ice blades acts like missiles, each ice blade flies to the target enemy and blasts.
Creature Summon (C)
Summons a 2 Headed hound creature to help Alycione pawn her enemies.
Level 1 - Summons a hound with 200 health points, 10 damage and last for 30 seconds.
Level 2 - Summons a hound with 400 health points, 20 damage and last for 30 seconds.
Level 3 - Summons a hound with 600 health points, 30 damage and last for 30 seconds.
Level 4 - Summons a hound with 1000 health points, 40 damage and last for 30 seconds.
The summoned hound is taking additional 10% damage.
Mana Cost: 85/100/120/140
Cooldown: 45/40/35/30
Framework: The 2 headed hound only looks like fog/spirit that is shaped like a 2 headed hound.
Ice Spear Attack (S)
Launches a large sharp edged ice shard on the target enemy that damages and slows in very high percentage.
Level 1 - 50 damage and -30% movement and attack speed for 4 seconds.
Level 2 - 100 damage and -45% movement and attack speed for 4 seconds.
Level 3 - 150 damage and -55% movement and attack speed for 4 seconds.
Level 4 - 200 damage and -70% movement and attack speed for 4 seconds.
This skill works like Elune's Arrow of Mirana Nightshade. This skill has a speed of 850 and the range of 1200.
Mana Cost: 100/110/125/150
Cooldown: 42/32/22/12
Framework: Like a large arrow-like Ice shade to the target enemy that blasts.
Notes: If a unit or creep blocks your target the blocked unit/creep will take the damage, like what I said works like Elune's Arrow.
Lightspeed Teleportation (T)
You can use this to teleport you to a desired place without casting time. Also automatically teleports you into a random place or where you put your Teleportation Ward in the map if you have less 20% Health Points.
Level 1 - 300 seconds cooldown.
Level 2 - 240 seconds cooldown.
Level 3 - 180 seconds cooldown.
This skill is like Passive and Active type because if this skill is not in Cooldown mode you can be automatically teleported in ramdon place or in your Teleportation Ward if you have less 20% health points. Active because you can also use this whenever you want but you must wait again to finish its cooldown to have its effects again.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: 300/240/180
Framework: This doesn't have graphics, you will just disappear and be teleported on random, desired or to your Teleportation Ward.
Notes: You should always put teleportation Ward in your base for the spell's passive effect. The time you are teleported to the Teleportation ward it will disappear, you can summon another Teleportation Ward after the skills long cooldown. Very good for escaping death.

the range seems high for the average dmg..urealise its the same range as techies? techies has about half the dmg of alcyone..her skills are ok. her ulti's like skele king's ulti eh? o.O good ideas.

sorry overlooked the lousy hp =.= so with the lousy hp i suppose its quite balanced
