For Rhasta i usually dont get Forked Lightning. I go Voodoo and Shackles until i max them out and then Stats up until level 16 lol. I like to rely totally upon my wards for kills.

combo: Hex + Wards + Shackles

I usually hex the enemy before planting wards so i can run past them and place them where they would run to escape. Then i would maybe throw in an attack and then Shackle them and make sure all my wards only attack the enemy hero. It's a good way to kill heroes early (especially heroes who think you are easy prey cause of your low hp). It's also easier to have the enemey surrounded by wards this way due to their slow movespeed.

I remeber killing a Broodmother who i actually let hit me several times until i was half heath and running away from all creeps. The Brood chased me (oviously) into a secluded area and then i hexed, warded, and then shackled for the kill lol.

But of course, if NA gets an Impale off before you do anything, you're screwed
