New Hero= Rob the Dart player

i guess i have too much time..so i will have my first go on the hero making thingy..

Robb always knew he wanted to be a professional darts player – the only sport that's always played in the warm, with a beer in hand. What he didn’t know was that he would become the best ever - practically a legend - capable of transforming simple bits of metal into real weapons.Now he is fighting for the sentinels to defeat the scourge


Range: 150 | Move Speed: 300
Primary: STR
Str: 25 + 2.9 | Agi: 16 + 1.95 | Int: 10 + 1.25
Damage: 55 – 29 | HP: 540 | Mana: 200
HP Regen: 0.93 | Mana Regen: 0.6
Attack Speed: 1.43 | Armor: 3

Ability:-


Dart(d)
Launches a dart with powerful poison which can incapicitate
the enemy
Level 1 - 300 range, 150 damage.
Level 2 - 400 range, 250 damage.
Level 3 - 500 range, 350 damage.
Level 4 - 600 range, 450 damage.
Mana Cost: 180/175/170/165
Cooldown: 30


Note: i took this idea from Pudge The Butcher

Darting Partner(g)
Summons his partner for darting
Level 1- summons 1 partner
Level 2-summons 2 parner
Level 3-summons 3 partner
mana cost:140
colldown:30 seconds
his partner have a hp of 50% of the initial hp(after all item is included)..and only last for 15 seconds

Dart betting:
Dodge the attack!!
Level 1 - 20% chance.
Level 2 - 25% chance.
Level 3 - 30% chance.
Level 4 - 40% chance.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

Darting spree(his ulti)
release a wave of dart in a circle(imagine like a ripple of water)
Level 1- the dart will make a damage of 200..
Level 2-the dart will make a damage of 300
Level 3 the dart will make a damage of 600

It strikes me as odd that a character whose primary is strength would use whimpy darts.

Anyway, his hp should be 625 -- 150 base HP + 19x25.

His mana should be 130 - 10x13.

His first skill, Dart, is a) too powerful and b) you didn't say how it 'incapacitates' his enemies.

The damage on this skill is far too high. The only other non-ulti nuke that comes close is Centaur's double edge, which deals 400 damage, but only that much because Centaur loses 400 hp himself. The fact that this is a ranged attack just makes things worse.

How much damage do his darting partners do?

Third skill - dart betting. I don't understand the name/concept and the evasion chance is too high.

For his ultimate - you list no mana cost or cool down, and for some reason the damage goes from 200 to 300 to 600 (which is illogical).
